Check in was amazing with the gentlemen working on Jan 16th at 4pm! Very attentive and explained the parking, stay and amentities to us! We both loved the cookies upon arrival! The room size was perfect for what we needed. Was very clean! Only issue we had was the snow created a big mess when entering or leaving the hotel

The room as spotless and the staff very friendly! I found the parking a little difficult due to lack of spots in the evening and a couple of cars parked on the yellow line and that made it very difficult to park my car.

Breakfast Too expensive Hallways freezing Parking too expensive and awkward to get to. Staff do not disclose that the access is only from P3!! Also very unsafe to walk down from P3-P1! It made us late for the funeral that we were in town for! Very unhappy.
