Our stay was generally good, but we did experience a few issues. Communication was difficult at times, which made it frustrating to request essential items. On one occasion, I gave up on a call after repeated miscommunication, which left us without soap for the shower.
When we first arrived, our flight was late, and we stopped at the small shop just before closing to pick up some essentials. Unfortunately, the staff member was rude, even though we still had seven minutes before closing. For the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of customer service—especially when guests arrive late and need basic necessities.
During our trip, we also had difficulty finding and using the inner tubes for floating, as it wasn’t clearly explained. Additionally, the bathrooms were stocked with very little soap and body wash, and we ran out partway through our stay.
Finally, my mother-in-law’s room had only one very dim lamp, which made it difficult for her to see comfortably. I checked myself and agreed that better lighting should have been provided.
Overall, while we enjoyed parts of our stay, these issues affected the overall experience.
