Beautiful one bedroom suite. Perfect size for myself, husband and 4 year old. Closer to the parks than some Disney resorts so the price and location can't be beat. We've stayed at this property 3 times (twice at the hotel resort and once at the time share resort). We've loved every trip.

To start off they put us in a non-renovated room that smelled really bad and we had to change rooms two days after staying there when we realized they had renovated rooms and they finally agreed to change it the rooms to a new or one which was updated and definitely smell better. However we had signed up for a sales pitch and they told us it was a free breakfast which we came to find out it was packaged pastries and juice and a coffee machine that didn't work to say the least I didn't feed my kids breakfast expecting for them to be fed so they were quite cranky! Anyways there were many amenities for the kids to enjoy which I liked and would probably come back for but if you're doing Disney he don't need both FYI I won't be able to enjoy the amenities and Disney during your stay!

Ventilation in rooms were terrible and check in staff were not helpful at all. There is a general feeling of rude staff and uncomfortable air ventilation

This was our first real family trip we experience. The hotel was nice close to the airport. Close to all attractions ( Disney world,Legoland). We enjoyed the stay would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except the jacuzzi didn't work the toaster didn't work. We had a view of the parking garage. Everything else was lovely.

Was easy to get to Disney parks. Lazy river was awesome! Grandkids love bed it.

Being a family of 9 we usually end up camping because we would need multiple rooms in a hotel. Not a problem here at all. We had more than enough space for all the kids and the extra bathroom made for a quick morning. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, full kitchen and tasteful decor. Let's not forget how great it is to have a washer and dryer too! I was able to do a load of laundry every night before bed and didn't need to bring heaps of dirty clothes home. What a time saver! The resort itself is huge, but not so big you can't get around. everything is situated around the lake so it made for a nice stroll to check out the park, minigolf, many pools, lazy rivers, kiddie splash pad area and much more. If you can't keep yourself entertained here then you won't be able to anywhere. The only negative part of our trip was the time share agent trying to sell us on taking a 90 minute tour with him, but I am not one to be coerced into anything and had no problem saying thanks but no thanks. Otherwise we loved it here and are already looking at future dates to go back.

This resort was wonderful. Centrally located, and lots to do right at the resort. We loved the splash pad for our 1 and 3 year olds.

Great Resort and location. Needs a basketball court at n premises

The resort is absolutely amazing, clean, putt putt golf is great!! The beds are comfortable and the 2 bedroom was very spacious

I have been here several times and everytime I fall in love with it again. My friends and I come here at least every 6 months to do a vacation but right where we live so we can relax and recharge, this place is the perfect spot for all that!

Nice, very nice...but wont review again since forced to type so much

Very good location for lots of Disney, Universal, and many other activities in the Orlando area. The condo style room was very nice. The resort has very good accommodations. The staff was great.

A good location but a bad service and very bad room location in the hotel near by the garbage

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Each got their own bed and it was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. It was nice having a dining area to have a sit down meal one day. The island with bar stools was like home. The washing machine and dryer in the room were a nice plus. Not so great things were that the dishwasher was loud, the dryer was also noisy, and the air conditioner was also noisy (located between master bedroom and living room). Also some of the grout in the master bathroom in the shower area had some mildew. We would have like to try out the whirlpool type tub in the master bath (nice surprise) but ran out of time. The place was conveniently located close to all the Disney parks and Universal parks so we were simply too busy to just sit in a tub. One last thing to mention would be the wifi. Although my family and I were glad to know that the resort had wifi capabilities, the wifi service itself was slow & weak the majority of the time. Improvements to the wifi strength & reliability would be great. Overall was a good deal for what we paid. A few improvements, and it would be great.

we rented a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights. No body cleaned the room through out our visit even though we asked the cleaning lady. No body replace our towels and there was no towel replacement station same as in other resorts. Finally, we were bugged every morning by a phone call from sale representatives! It was a time-share not a four star resort!

It was super and we had a blast. The kids loved the spacious room and the pools were the best. Great family spot with a location that can't be beat. Everything was perfect.

They didn't clean the room during our 6 day stay. If we wanted it clean it would have been for an additional charge.

We had a great experience at this resort!! There was so much to do at the resort alone when we weren't at the parks and it was very clean. If we returned to Orlando we would definitely come back to this resort.

So close to Disney, yet so much to do at the hotel you don't want to leave. Pools, lazy rivers, water slides, toddler splash area, games, crafts, mini golf, shuffle board, fireworks views, and more. We loved it here! We won't stay any where else!
