They did clean my room before i came there was hair on the desk and some in the tub. They never empty my trash.

Very clean and nice!!

Not worth it. Main lobby smelled of heavy chamical. Only one person checking in (but he was super polite and attentive). Room was dark, muggy, and dirty. Mold in the bathroom, shower had no water pressure and noisy. Bed was sandy, pillows looked like cushins. Bad.

Our room had been recently remodeled but the bathroom was old, moldy and rusty. The floor of the room was wet. Water came up through the laminate planks as we walked. We complained to the front desk and they told us that there was nothing they could do as the hotel was fully occupied. Anything that was left overnight on the floor was wet in the morning.

I like I recommend nice hotel very clean y good place

It was not in the location I was told it was so I cancelled my reservation and was charged anyway! I was furious

Overall it was ok, i would stay there again if the price was low enough

Dear Guest, Unfortunately, if tried to reach the hotel 24 hours before the hotel policy to charge . Unfortunately, in such short notice, the hotel is not able to resell an unused room and that’s the reason of the no-show charge Please, call to OTA (Orbitz) . Our front-desk is not the most suitable channel to request changes. If your OTA was not able to change your reservation, I’m afraid you were already within the 24 hour no-cancellation no modification window. On the other had, our hotel has a quite flexible no-show , refund , cancellation policy. Most of hotels have 48hrs or even 72hours cancellation policy. Best Regards, Customer Service
