The windows fell down on me , They moved us to another room and the other room was full of insects then i told them they didn't do anything about it.

Fun trip turned nightmare

My daughter and I came down to Orlando to meet my son at a conference. This was her first time in Orlando and the experience was supposed to be exceptional, even though it was short. Within our first hour there, i was calling down to the front desk to ask for assistance with room change due to dirty sheets and bugs in the room. The gentleman moved us right away to the next available room. That one wasnt much better. There were more bugs in that room but at least the sheets were clean. My daughter and i bought bug spray the next day. The AC unit started to leak in the room. I notified the attendant the night that it happened, he said he would let maintenence know. I met the manager the following day and made her aware about what has been happening and she apologized and sent the maintenance guy up within minutes and housekeeping. The air unit was fixed and linens were changed. The internet did not work throughout the building and elevators weren't working until the day before we left. I spent over an hour on the phone with expedia agent letting them know about the situation and it was to be fowarded to the property mgmt. When i notified the mgr on the property about this, she immediately went to look. I understand new ownership has taken place but, it may have been better to renovate the property entirely and then open back up. Initial reviews when i booked showed 5 stars, after checkin and further search, showed 2 stars. This place has potential but not at the moment.

Plug in the bathroom, looks like something was melted into it

Shower was dirty but, it had also been painted over instead of being replaced with a glazed paint...slip hazard

Walls have marks, writing, something on them both in bathroom and on wall by the beds

The property it's self is under refurbishment the rooms were clean the grounds on the outside were exceptionally clean as for the work being done on the place it's going to be a very nice place to stay once they are done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome close to all the restaurants and attractions. I wiil stay here again.

I had stayed at the quality inn on Jamacia court before and I thought I knew exactly what I was getting. However when I got there the hotel moved to the other hotel next door. When I got there i couldn't tell where the check in entrance was also the floor was very wet an i almost fell. There was not carpet to wipe your feet from the rain and so the floor was very slippery. But I got to the room and I thought it was so nice. Updated and the Tv was really updated. Then I got to the bathroom and it was horrible. The sink had a huge crack and the botched the repair instead of just getting a new sink. The wall looked like they painted over mold. The bathroom door didn't close. Th toilet was disgusting. Oh and I was greeted by roaches. I really liked when they were at the other building. The Location of course is great but I don't think I would stay there again unless i have no choice.

I won't stay at this hotel again. They never cleaned the rooms, they refused to provide clean towels, and the TV didn't work during the four days we were there. And the lobby's customer service is terrible. The Arabs are very spoiled. You have to be careful not to be charged more than the amount indicated on the hotel's website. I don't recommend it, nor will I go back.

Staff was good both days, but hotel room wasn’t that great, they did change my room for me though. TV didn’t work they tried to fix but never worked after first hour of working in room, it’s a nice tv though big screen. I noticed the housekeeping does work hard, but my room needed a remodel bathrooms aren’t the best. Decent for the good location and money.

This is an old motel that they poorly renovated. The door to our room was not air tight so we had bugs in the room ( saw one roach in the bathroom and flying bugs all over the tv at night). Because the outside air was so humid and our door was not sealed, the a/c ran constantly. The room was musty and the sheets were damp. I will say that the beds are comfortable so they got that right! The staff was super nice, too. If they put new doors on and get rid of the bugs, this place will be a wonderful budget motel.

promised breakfast service N/A Friday -- and n one at the desk either. Already took insulin, so no food caused a very significant medical situation. No phone to call the front desk. No trash bins anywhere close to the rooms. Asked for hangars three times and promised some would be coming from housekeeping, but nothing. No Kleenex in the room. Extended my stay at check-in, but the room key stopped working as of the original reservation date. When they were there, the staff at the desk was very helpful.

The toilet door don't closed, the space is too small for long size room. No garbage can in the room, we have to asked for it and towels. The breakfast, you uave to asked and most of the bread, cream cheese bagels are out by 8:35 am, when wheen we asked it's always no When breakfast is up to 9:30 am. W requested for a room close to the elevator for disabled person days before and we were told there's no available.

The elevator smelled sticky and odd. The lobby smelt like cheap cologne. The front desk guy, an Indian fellow I believe, was very consistent on his phone and his attitude was poor. The manager was doing a good job trying to ensure things were alright, but overall the property could use a facelift and the rooms definitely need improvement. The fridge in the room I stayed in was worn down, one of the pillowcases was still dirty/stained.

Advertised as cleaner than it is. Hotel definitely needs renovations and better cleaning. The floor in our room was dirty, had to wear shoes the whole time. The water pressure was absolutely terrible and I could barely wash my hair. Breakfast was basically non-existent. Don’t recommend.
