There was no luggage cart... I check at 6 pm on and then in am and still none available... I called customer service and they said we'll then there isn't one. The 2 bedroom condo is nice ,hotel staff nice but some don't speak English so that made it difficult to ask something. Overall would come back

It’s okay but not great!

Great if you’re not looking for something luxurious or comfortable. The space is large and clean but hotel smells like weed, it’s outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable.

I was there for 9 days everything is nice and clean, but I didn’t like the they charged extra for housecleaning and they don’t have enough pots or pans for cooking. I like the pool with the ship, that was the unique part in there. Keys gets desactive if they are near phone, cars keys and metal detectors I went 3 times to fix the keys.

Rooms were big ans spacious.The refrigerator did not work well the freezer was good but refrigerator did not and i called 3 times about it and the food i got had to throw away it never got fixed so i couldn't enjoy a meal in my room.

2 pools to pick from: 1 with minimal children and a very large one with lots of kids. The hotbtubs need to be fixed. The hot tubs in the rooms need better cleaning. Stores are within walking distance with great shopping options....

I just checked out today after staying a week. Will not return. When we arrived i calles ahead to let them know we be early. I was told no problem we will have a room this was 1130am. We went shopping and got what we needed. After arriving back at the hotel for our room we were told the room wasnt ready so to wait. After 5 hours. 430pm our room was ready. All our food was bad they dont do any accommodations for guests. After getting into room we got more food the room. Later that evening all the food was warm the fridge and freezer wasnt working. Again baby foods milks creama ice creams butter all warm and melted. I took pics. My husband at 3am took the fridge apart and cleaned so much dust off the grates that finally 3 days later it caught up and was not cold but enough. I called several times for 2 days for trash bags and a few things. Never got them the trash was overflowed all the time so we got our own bags from walmart. The rooms are extremely outdated from 70s to early 80s. Now pool area which is big with us not impressed at all. No life guards so all goes my 27 year old daughter holding the baby 13 months in pool was hit very hard in the face with a football after asking several times to be careful we have babies Hitel did nothing. The boat slide is not kid friendly for a family with little ones under 40 inches cant go on and it doesn't work.. we will not return to this resort. It wasnt worst but definitely way better out there.
