This motel is NOT clean! Horribly dirty! I am including photos so you can see it's not an exaggeration. When we pulled up to the room and saw we had broken curtains I already knew before walking in that we had picked a bad place. The curtains (see photos) were literally hanging off the window. The walls were marked, dirty, and had paint missing. The ceiling had water stains. The sheets had stains, the wall mirror was absolutely filthy. Literal handprints all over it. I wasn't able to get a clear photo. The lights by the bed were covered in cob webs! Again, see photos! The couch had stains on it. This room was obviously not cleaned in who even knows how long. The neighbors...loud until 2am and had someone pounding on the door before 7am. Obviously not the motel's fault...just a heads up. Yes, the place is cheap...but so are other places by Disney and they are CLEAN. We would have left upon revival but we had a non refundable room. We did not stay longer as we had planned but instead moved to another place first thing in the morning. There are much better places to stay on the same street!
I'm torn. This was the 5th hotel we tried while evacuating from Hurricane Irma, so on the one hand, I was grateful they waived the no pets rule, because we'd driven all day and needed to get off the road. On the other hand, it was disgustingly dirty. My feet were BLACK after walking around inside the room barefoot for just a few minutes. Found all kinds of gross stuff under the bed, including ancient dust-bunny civilizations, a cigarette butt, a mystery pill, and a beer bottle cap. The bathroom was...not good. Couldn't bring myself to shower, even before the water went out. Power on one side went out because of the storm, meaning the washing machines were out of order...but no sign on any of them, so I wasted $3 in a non-operational machine. No offer of my money back, but I did get a "free" dry. Had to pay for two more dryer cycles because the clothes were soaked and hadn't had a spin cycle. $9 to get some clothes wet and then almost dry again. The staff were ok, pleasant enough but not even remotely interested in customer service. Would normally give one star; I'm giving two because this place was literally a port in a storm. Shocked that this is supposedly a Wyndham property. Would NOT EVER stay here again *shudders*.
We stayed here July 28th thru July 29th. Nice and quiet. Did not use pool so can't rate it. The room was clean, all appliances worked, plenty of open outlets for guest use, and no broken furniture. Friendly housekeeping and maintenance staff. Pleasant stay. Will stay again. Thanks Pravnish!
My friends recently got a room there and I enjoyed it very much. Very affordable prices,they had a great staff, and very cclean rooms. it was very comfortable and I would recommend to my family and friends!
Filthy, Rickety, and Loud. We needed a room in a pinch but forgot about spring break so rooms were limited in the area. So we grabbed this one off of hotels.com. Normally I research on TripAdvisor but last night we just wanted to sleep. Lesson learned. After reserving the room for two nights we decided we couldn't do it another night. Owner was rude and refused refund or even a simple apology. I feel silly for feeling sorry for them, thinking it was hard to maintain a place like this and they were just doing the best they can. My mistake. They clearly do not care at all. Good luck getting any money back from hotels.com too lol
This place is horrible. Our car was broken into here. They smashed our car windows and stole our luggage, bags, and souvenirs. There are no security cameras. The manager was indifferent. The room was terrible. Lots of things broken. Lamp shades smashed in. Awful stains on the carpet. The towels were dinghy white. Not sure if they were even clean. Run away from this motel.
My flight was delayed and i didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The door for the front desk was locked and no one would answer the bell. I called my wife in boston and she got on the hotel website and it said the hotel was open 24/7 just like it said on the door. She gave me the phone # and I tried calling only to get an answering machine. I rang the doorbell, took pictures that were time stamped and after a 1/2 hour I left and found a room next door at another hotel, that was cheaper. The next day I returned and talked to the manager and he told me that he was there and didnt hear anything. I showed him the pictures and the phone calls to the hotel with the time on them and he refused to accept this. When I finally checked in the rooms were disscusting. Nothing like the pictures.I didn,t even take my bag out or stay there. There were cigarette buts outside all around the place. I checked out the next Day and wanted a refund. They tried to tell me I owed more money. I couldn't believe this.The woman and her daughter were very nice when I checked out and finally got thru to the main headquarters...in London... I finally got a reciept but no refund.
Great stay. I am a repeat customer for my quarterly trips to Orlando. Service meets expectations, check in and check out is quick. Every trip to Orlandorlando Knights Inn is my first pick. No complaints, all expectations met.
The pictures they provide are false the rooms are dirty, duct tape on the floor, holes in walls bathrooms in pictures are not at all what you get completely different!. I have pictures to prove how horrible. They refused a refund. horrible rude customer service!
The motel was run-down (which I expected for the price), but the rooms were clean. The young guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel said it offered breakfast, and I factored that to my cost comparison with other hotels, but to call that breakfast is in my opinion misleading. It was a pot of coffee (like the kind of pot you keep on your counter at home), a dispenser of orange drink, bananas, and honey bun type rolls. There are no coffee makers in the room and the front office didn't have coffee until like 7:30. I get up around 6 and I need coffee as soon as I wake up. I had to get in my car and drive to the gas station down the street to get coffee and I wasn't very happy about that. And there was no hairdryer. Also, the pool was filthy the 2 nights we were there. It was full of leaves, dead bugs, and trash and I wouldn't let my kids get in it. I would have given this place a 3 star if the pool had been clean. We won't stay here again.
