Our stay at the Drury Inn was very pleasant and met all our expectations. We were in town to go to the theme parks, and Drury offered a convenient location at a very reasonable price. The rooms were tidy & clean, and the staff was very friendly. They accommodated our late check out and were very helpful when we'd misplaced a room key. My only negative experience was at the lobby's Universal Studios desk - we visited the counter on three different days, each day there were different staff at the desk and each day the staff were not at all friendly or helpful, to the point of being rude at one point! This was surprising, given how helpful the Universal Studios staff at the parks always are! Our young son even picked up on it and asked me if perhaps we weren't supposed to be at this hotel and that's why they were being rude. For example, on the first day I asked if I could purchase park tickets there at the desk, and the representative told me, "you can do that at the park when you arrive." In fact, he COULD have printed our tickets, but left us thinking he couldn't -- so we instead waited in a 40-minute line at the park entrance in the blazing sun. If the hotel management has any authority over the staff at the Universal desk, I'd urge you to press them to be more helpful and friendly, in keeping with your hotel's persona.

First time I stayed at a Drury Inn. Great staff overall. from front desk to dining room, every team member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Had an issue with my first room, front desk attendant immediately resolved it. Good value, as price includes both hot breakfast and dinner buffets, nothing fancy but does the job. Rooms are equipped with microwaves and mini fridge too. Beds are comfortable, and love the H20 shower product dispensers. Didn't use the pool or fitness room.

Upon check in the hotel was overcrowded due to the hurricane layovers and it being sold out. We were welcomed at the front desk with great service and attention to detail. We were checked in within less than 2 minutes. Our room was at the end of a hallway on the end of the building, it was nice and the room was clean with great working amenities. Only concerns were the bed felt to springy and the AC would not full cool the room or remove the humidity as well as the thermostat will not go below 72 but it lets you set it. We did like this hotel and the area makes it very easy. It was a one night escape the power outage stay, it was nice but the AC and bed were an issue for us.

I highly recommend The Drury Inn and Suites! I attended college in Orlando and often visit but this was my first visit back with my 1 year old. My husband and I didn't even think to ask for a bath tub and were quite shocked that our room didn't have one. The staff, without hesitation, switched our room! The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. However, I did find a crushed skittle and Starbucks straw pushed under the bed. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door every hour in the morning but we should have put the Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, so that was on us. There is a great free breakfast buffet and dinner/snacks which were wonderful for our son. Who wants to take a cranky child out after a day at the parks? Popcorn until 10 PM and a 24/7 soda fountain machine round out the perks of this hotel. The hotel is right across the street from a Whole Foods and is in an amazing location from other food locations. This will be our hotel to stay our when visiting Orlando from now on. It is kid friendly and wonderful!!

This hotel was centrally located. The staff was extremely nice. We will stay here on our next visit to the area.

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Right off I4 and close to conference center and universal studios ( free shuttle to universal). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening snacks were plentiful and staff kept items stocked and are clean. Fresh Market across the street and sever2nice restaurants were only a few blocks away.

Comfy clean rooms. Great staff that serves with a smile. Best free happy hour with snacks included every night.

Our visit to the Drury Inn & Suites was awesome. Check in was 5 minutes, and check out was the same. It couldn't be more convenient. The staff was excellent, very friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel facilities were nice. They have a complimentary breakfast and dinner snacks daily. It was great. I will be back for sure.

Was in town for the FSU v Ole Miss Football game. Very satisfied with the experience

My family decided to stay at the Drury Inn because of the high ratings, proximity to Universal Studios in Orlando, and the meals that came with the stay. We were also attracted to the travel deals they offer with Universal Studios including early admission to the Harry Potter area. We ended up not taking advantage of the early admission deal because we had to cut our stay short. We did, however, take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the park - that was terrific. We arrived at the Inn in time for the evening meal and were greeted at the front desk with kindness and a handwritten note of thanks from the management to our family. Our room was clean and comfortable -with generous provisions. The included breakfast and evening meal exceeded our expectations. The included bar drinks were a bit modest but I wouldn't expect a huge glass of expensive beer or wine for free. The Drury Inn isn't luxurious, but it is family friendly and goes out of its way to show they value their guests. They provide outstanding, friendly service; well maintained rooms stocked with towels, coffee, soap and shampoo; and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were happy we chose the Drury Inn and will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

our family realy enjoy nice location enough facilitiys

Mediocre food, lots of walking around by hotel staff interacting and showing interest in the guests but ...... multiple car break-ins and I was one of them. I was in my vehicle when two men broke in and I was one of two within the hour. There had been at least one incident the night before next to where I was parked and the police were on the scene. When I went to inform the front desk of what had happened to me, I received an oh well, stuff happens response. Even if the property were a TEN star, which it is perhaps a 3, THAT attitude demotes it to a minus1. Guest safety should always be the PRIMARY concern This was my first and last stay at any of the chain's properties

This hotel was fine. The only negative experience I had was upon leaving, the front desk staff called a taxi for me. I was not told to wait inside so I waited out front. Another driver came to pick me up and it wasn't until I was inside the car that I realized there was no meter and this was probably not the intended taxi. The driver was very aggressive about asking for money. He charged me $20 for a 5-min drive to the convention center. I paid in cash so that I didn't have to give him my cc number. I called the hotel later and they said this is an ongoing problem. I wish someone at the front desk had warned me ahead of time.

This is my 5th time stay and every time I am pleased with my experience. The staff is amazing and the hotel is always clean. This is my go to spot when staying in Orlando.

Very clean and wonderful stay.....will definitely return again. Only downside....Congested Intersection in front of hotel. Be cautious. Close to everything!

The staff was great, good food, and comfortable bed. All at a fair price. Great value

Easy check-in. Loved the breakfast with so may foods to choose from. Will stay there next time we travel to Orlando.

Was conveniently located for our trip. Clean and quiet. Thumbs up.

We found that the Drury Hotel Orlando met or exceeded all of our expectations. When we arrived, in the evening, we were welcomed by Austin at the front desk. He was happy and eager to help us with any information or guidance we needed, and to get us settled into our room without delay. The lobby was roomy, with a nice lounge area to relax and watch television. I noticed right away that several guests were munching away on their free popcorn and soda. All staff we met in the two days we stayed mingled with the guests and were very concerned about the comfort of our stays. The location was wonderful. Right next to the entrance to interstate 4 freeway, and within minutes of most attractions. Disney World was about a 15 minute drive. Several sit down or fast food resturaunts within 2-3 blocks, and a AAA office 1 block north. I would’ve thought it to be noisy, next to the freeway, but it wasn’t noticeable. Our room was a double queen, with 37” flat screen tv, desk, dresser w/refrigerator and microwave oven inside (microwaveable food could be purchased in the lobby), an easy chair, and room to move about. In the closet was an iron and board. The bath was nicely done, with granite counter and floors. Tile shower over a cast iron tub, and the shower head was amazing, with great pressure. There was a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and gel in the shower for convenience. A hairdryer was installed on wall next to sink. Beds were very comfortable. Firm, but not stiff, and pillow top for added comfort. Clock radio and lamps were next to bed. Electrical outlets for plugging in devices were ample, with 7 outlets on desk, 2 on nightstand, and wall outlets in several locations. Room service was very thorough. The included breakfast buffet was great. There were 4 cold cereals, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits, doughnuts, muffins, and bananas and oranges. Drinks included hot chocolate, coffee, apple and orange juice, and milk, along with a soda fountain. Staff was helpful and on the spot always. Also included was a ‘kickback’ time from 5:30-7pm, with food and drink. From 3-10pm there was popcorn and soda for your enjoyment. The eating area was very large and roomy. Swimming pool was large and heated, and the spa was roomy and hot. Very nice place to wind down. Free parking was also a nice perk. We loved our stay, and look forward to staying at the Drury Hotel again in the future.

Would highly reccommend this hotel. Manager and staff extremely helpful and friendly.
