We bought the tickets at the hotel and the attendant at the front desk that sold me the tickets didn’t ask me if I was a Florida resident and I was over charge for the tickets, I was charged $359.98 for two tickets for one day at Epcot; furthermore train your employees better so they can offer Florida residents the right price and it doesn’t happen again to anyone else

The offering to bundle the airport shuttle for $96 just for the shuttle to tell me they have no reservation, so I pay another $100 in order to get on the shuttle.

Rooms were clean, pool area was really cool and lots of areas for your little ones to run around. We did have a problem with one of the rooms, havung to run up to the front desk multiple times to get new cards for the door. They had a malfunction I suppose.

Horrible experience, will never return to this hotel. There was a thickness of dust on the floors. The food in the hotel was Terrible. The coffee was always out. And parking was horrible. After a day at Disney we could not find a parking spot slot to where we were staying and ending up Walking a mile just to get back to our room.

The price was not worth the service. I only asked for a cup of hot water for my daughter due to an allergy, and I was told I had to pay for an empty cup. I was also asked to wait in line just to get the cup. Charging for a cup of hot water, especially under these circumstances, was disappointing.

We came for a quick weekend getaway and MVMCP. While our party day was mostly rain, we had comfortable amenities at the resort. Saturday was a nice pool day and it was not crowded. Mt husband and I both have gluten senaitivities and the chefs were fantastic to work with. We have stayed here before and had the same excellent overall experience!

Not Clean

I’m never a complainer but check in took forever. They said 3pm and it was 4pm. I just wanted to go in the room and relax. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Had to go out of my way to order Clorox and other cleaning supplies to clean the toilet and bathtub. The bathtub floor was stained and the sides of it too. I was disappointed especially staying inside of Disney.
