I’m never a complainer but check in took forever. They said 3pm and it was 4pm. I just wanted to go in the room and relax. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Had to go out of my way to order Clorox and other cleaning supplies to clean the toilet and bathtub. The bathtub floor was stained and the sides of it too. I was disappointed especially staying inside of Disney.

Very nice resort. Clean and friendly staff as expected with any Disney resort property. However, the room was not very impressive. It was very small but not bad for one night. Also for the price we paid we would’ve expected a stocked fridge and/or some type of detail given that it was our honeymoon. So that was a bit disappointing. But all in all we had a good experience.

We enjoyed the stay at this property. Staff was outstanding and helpful at the front desk, food served here its amazing! The pool areas are gorgeous and the gift shop is super cute. Definitely recommend ♡
