everyone had a awesome magical vacation. We loved the pools also after our long days at the parks.

Great value Disney resort. Clean and nice staff. Food court was pleasantly surprising with unique options we did not expect from a value resort.

Loved our stay at All-Star Music. While it isn't my favorite of the All-Stars, (Movies is), it is perfect for spending a lot of time in the parks and the pools are nice.

Very nice, family friendly hotel. Worth the money, easy access to the parks.

Least impressive value at disney was ok to sleep in a but id rather stay at pop

Very noisy, small rooms and skimpy towels Friendly staff and room was clean

Simple but clean room at affordable price inside Disney

Our family was flying back home after our 4 day vacation at the park. My wife and I however were driving back and we didn't finish our day at the park until 5 pm, which would make an 8 hour drive a little difficult. So, we decided to stay an extra night on property. Wanting to save a little, we move from The Art of Animation to All Star Music. We've stayed in the All Star resorts before so we knew what to expect. The room could have used some updating and it wasn't near as nice at the AA room, however it served the purpose for a single night. We were concerned on check in that it may mess with the remaining plans from our trip that were already on our magic bands but the staff was extremely helpful on check in and before we knew it we were ready to go. This was an extremely quick process as well. Where we originally had to wait several hours for our room to become available at AA, we booked the ASM room on Orbitz and we're sitting in the room in about 25 minutes. Overall this was a great experience. I don't know that I would want to spend an entire week at this particular resort. It it was definitely good for a night or two and if you're on a budget, you won't feel like your short changing yourself.

As always the hospitality is awesome. Everything is clean and neat. Nice pool, clean grounds, plenty of parking, and great bus transportation. We enjoyed the parks and the hotel.

Overall, experience was good; didn't spend too much time in the room after spending 11 hours in the parks each day. Room was clean, building 5 was far (request closer, if possible). Food was "ok", prices were comparable to the parks. Bus transportation was a great plus. For the room price, I would stay again.

Don't expect this to be a 5 star resort. It is sparse and simple, but good enough for sleeping in and getting ready to go to the parks. There is one cafeteria, which has decent food and selection, but the lines are long and unorganized, and the prices are inflated much like everywhere in Disney. Our room in the Rock Inn was quiet, but if you're in Calypso, good luck. It's right on the main drag across from the pool and where everyone in the resort passes by to get to their rooms. During our stay there were many big groups of teenagers which were oblivious to any etiquette about hotel stays. Loud, annoying, and everywhere. Still, the room was fine and we lucked out by getting one at the back of the resort. Beds are small, but adequate and everything was pretty clean. What stood out was the staff. Everyone is friendly, patient, and helpful. Also, the smaller pool in the back is quite nice. Will try a mid-level report next time, but this was fine for our first time.

Good hotel, convenient transportation to parks. Would stay again.

It was just okay. But for the price, definitely not worth it! Room was dumpy, kind of dark and smelly. I would not recommend this hotel. Food was overpriced and long lines for food. Oh and if you can't sleep with noise in adjacent rooms or outside the door, the walls are paper thin, so I couldn't sleep much. i would try anywhere else before this hotel.

Room was comfy. Beds are smaller than standard sizes. Very clean, and easy to transport to the parks. Wish they had a set schedule for buses though.

Most rooms are very far away from the hotel entrance, restaurant, and transportation. You typically need to walk at least 10-15 minutes one-way from your room to the bus station or restaurant. It's not suitable for families especially if you have kids. When making reservation I requested a closer room over the phone AND online but when checking in they assigned me a room in the most faraway building (Building 6). It's the worst thing they can do to a guest who's arriving at 1am after 24 hours of international flight and with 13 hours of jet lag. After checking in we got lost in the dark with a lot of luggage while trying to find our way to our room located in the most remote building possible. It's not nice for Disney to give the exact opposite of what guests requested. Staff are not friendly at all, they're like robots who give the most basic service without any smiles or nice gestures whatsoever. Towels are not placed neatly in the room and beds are not clean even after servicing. I guess the walls are very thin as I can hear clearly my neighbors turning on faucets, flushing, talking, etc. We also heard noises of vehicles outside our room very early in the morning (e.g. 5am) probably from golf carts driven by hotel staff. All in all, don't expect much from this hotel except long walks every day and noisy rooms.

I have stayed at a majority of the Disney resorts and they never dissappoint. This resort was lovely. Lots of things to do, magic hours, activities for kids and easy park transportation. Highly recommend for a weekend trip or a quick getaway.

You get what you pay for. Tiles falling off inthe bathroom, tub wouldn't drain, shower very difficult to turn on and off, cobwebs every where inthe room. You can tell the room hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time

The room was nice and as requested was in the Preferred section on the ground floor. Day 2 the room was not cleaned until after 3 which was inconvenient since we had planned a nap before heading out again. (There was never a Privacy sign on the door, since they didn't leave one in the room for our use!)

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet. Bus service is frequent and convenient, easy to use except crowded at park opening and closing times. There are two pools. We left an electronic reader behind in our room and there was a telephone message waiting for us at home saying it was safe and to arrange for retrieval.

The staff look after you and are very nice. The room we had was all the way at the other end of the hotel, but that was okay. There are 2 pools which attracted a lot of families, and there was a lot of entertainment available at the pool for the kids, like movies, dancing etc. Great hotel!
