This is a standard Disney economy product. It’s basically a motel that you know is clean. Plus the kitschy decor is fun. The Disney bus system has gotten terrible!

It was an average motel room and nothing special. No amenities like other resorts. The shuttle service to the parks was nice but breakfast wasnt included. They even charged for tea and toast.

great value resort-- the pull out sleeper was a bit uncomfortable for adults to sleep on - but would have been fine for kids. so really the suite only slept 2 adults comfortably. most likely will go with the two adjoining rooms next time instead of the Music "Suite"

As always Disney property doesn't disappoint. I'm sad they now charge for parking but it's not a large fee. I hear the rooms in the All Star resorts are getting refurbished which is good as they need it. The table was worn out and the current a bit worn in our room but the rest was very good. We would stay here again. We'd like to try when it's warmer so we can swim in the piano and guitar pools. :-)

Since the moment we got off the plane they made you feel welcome from the bus ride to the hotel to the hotel staff I loved this trip everyone at Disney world was Amazon will definitely be coming back

All Star Music is a good value hotel. The only thing I wish it had was a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

Disney World is making it impossible for the average family to vacation there. The hotel, very similar to dorms, is ok but nothing special. Now they even charge parking! The food in the cafeteria is overpriced (one slice of cheese pizza for $10.79, 1 Uncrustable $6.19?). The internet was down most of the time as well. No “magic” on this trip.

Great customer service! Shuttle available at all times! Perfect experience

Room was perfectly cleaned.never had a better experience with a hotel, super great even for Disney standards.

I stayed here for 5 nights in June. I really liked the feel of this hotel and how lively it was. The onsite gift shop is great as it carries lots of the merchandise that you would find at the World of Disney in Disney Springs. This was convenient, as was the merchandise delivery option for items purchased inside the Disney Parks. Disney will ship the items to your Disney resort for free. The food court was always busy but finding a table was never a problem. The only time we had to wait for a bus was on the morning to Magic Kingdom, where it was so busy that we had to wait for 3 busses before we could get on. We never shared a bus with All-Star Sports or Movies, as some people have mentioned. The room itself is nothing special, it's very small and has a refrigerator and iron, but no coffee maker or microwave. There is a microwave in the food court, though. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but after a long day at the parks, we still could fall asleep. As for the staff, they were all very friendly and attentive! But you get what you pay for. Next time I would try and spring for a moderate resort or Pop Century over an All-Star resort.

We were in one of the last buildings, about 3 blocks away from the main building where the restaurant is. After walking in the Disney parks all day, the last thing you want to do is hike more just to get to your room. For an extra $15 you can request being in closer building. I would recommend that. There isn't a microwave in the room, only a fridge, so to warm something up, we had to hike over there for one microwave for a couple hundred guests. The food is extremely expensive. $7.50 for one slice of pizza and the bread was tough. The staff was very friendly and my daughter enjoyed the pool and met some new friends.

I know it's a moderate level disney hotel but it was older than I expected. I thought they would have put in updates by now but everything looks like the original when it was built. It's sufficient to sleep in but I'm glad we were only there at night to sleep. We were out most of the day. The pool was cool.

To be honest about my recent experience at Disney. We stayed at All Star Music, excellent- would stay there again in a heart beat! Unfortunately our Disney wrist bands did not work well at all. I had purchased 6 for my family and I, mine was the only one that worked regularly. In less than 72 hours I had to make 5 trips to the front desk to get them fixed. Between not being able to charge, not opening up our rooms door, it became quite inconvenient. I was told that as long as someone else in the party had a working band what difference did it make? The last gentleman that I spoke to (who was VERY nice) was going to comp my husband and I a day at the park for the inconvenience. I appreciate his concern and upon my arrival at home checked my Disney account and found he had only comped me a day for myself not for my husband too. I'm sorry but I'm not returning to Disney by myself.

Love the Disney atmosphere! We enjoyed the Disney decor and Disney treats in the restaurant area.

It's a beautiful resort but rooms needs updating.

An amazing value resort! I stayed at the Calypso section, which is right in front of the main building and bus transportation! The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. There was plenty of activities that went on at the resort if you weren't at the parks! It was my first time to experience a resort of any kind and it was an Amazing time! Definitely a great place for new comers to start their magical vacation!!

Loved this resort, the room was very clean! We were originally in Florida for my son's baseball team, they played in cocoa beach. We also had park tickets, we needed a 1 night stay in Orlando, this place was great!
