The manager on duty was extremely helpful in showing us how to use Apple Pay for incidentals. This hotel lives up to its reviews. Great transportation to Disney.

The breakfast was the same every morning. It would have been nice to have variety. Also, there isn’t any room service at all. I had knee surgery recently and asked for a bag of ice. They said they would accommodate that, but no one ever came. The rooms don’t have robes. The bathrooms are dirty! There was still markings on the floor from previous spills by the guest prior, which weren’t cleaned up. The shower needs to be scrubbed. The ladies who made the beds and emptied the trash cans did do a great job.

We have stayed here multiple times and will book again. Grandkids love the splash pad and pool. Close to Disney Friendly staff. Free breakfast buffet, kickback (dinner), free popcorn and soda @4, three alcoholic drinks free each night in the dining area. Easy way to budget a trip without making any sacrifices

10/10 have already recommended this hotel to friends and will stay here again. The shuttles are great and go to all major parks, the breakfast is delicious, dinner and happy hour are great! Terrace view with fireworks visible is a nice addition. Staff was very friendly and polite. Thank you!

The peiple who worked at the Drury were exceptionally kund.I have been to several Disney properties and this hotel takea the cake!!! Everyone was nice.They even checked me in early arter returning from the cruise with two kids.The pool area was clean and the restaurant near the pool was fantastic! The breakfast and happy hour was delicious. Thanks for making the end of my vacation a breeze!

We only stayed for one night before a Disney reservation began. I wish our entire trip was at the Drury Plaza! Everything was absolutely wonderful and a great value!

The staff was very friendly during my stay and my room was very clean and tidy. Free breakfast is a great way to get the day started but if you’re craving something different Disney Springs isn’t too far from the hotel and is totally walkable if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle to take you.
