The towels were disgusting. Covered in long black hairs... and I have short blonde hair so you know it wasn’t from me. Just creepy. The beds were so old and lumpy, my legs kept falling asleep and the pillows were so flat and worthless I barely slept at all. Would NOT recommend.

Nice and comfortable close to Disney and other parks

The pool was nice; the room was dirty when we arrived with left-over cereal on the floor under the window, behind the door, and between the carpet and cabinet. No one ever vacuumed, only swept the carpet. The AC emitted smelly, moldy air. It seemed like residents from the hotel across the street joined the breakfast line. I saw people coming and leaving with food. A member from large families would stand in line for the breakfast, then when they reached the sideboard the rest of the family would join. Better control and another sideboard line is needed because the lines were long. Only served between 7-9a.

When I got to the hotel at 3:58. The front desk person told the rooms will not be ready till 4:40 when the check in time was at 4:00pm. Once I went and came back the manager said they would have one room in 5 mins. The front desk person also checked someone else under my reservation making it even more delayed.

Very friendly staff, close to all of the amusement parks.

Good exterior but bad interior. Rooms are falling apart at the seams.

Absolutely miserable. Inadequate guest parking. Room smells like mildew, air conditioner is broken, hair all over the carpet, furniture is stained.

Clean, comfortable room. Very quiet location. Nice pool. Its a nice location overall as its convenient to Disney, but also to several stores and restaurants.

great place for the price and the breakfast was outstanding

I loved it here and will most definitely book here again in January.

Nice hotel clean friendly staff close to activities

It was a very bad experience we had. Everything in the room was out dated. The bed springs was poking out making it a very uncomfortable sleep. Everything was old and had a smell to it. One of the plug to the fridge and microwave was hanging off the wall. We had to buy air freshener to spray the room down from the bad odor. It was just not what we expected. And the resort fee they charge daily was not worth it for the amenities.
