There were few directions on how to enter into the property when arrived, as we circled the neighborhood looking for a guard to give us a pass. We paid for early check in, when we finally got to the door, the code did not work and we had to call to have someone manually reset our lock. No problem, right? Once we got settled in, our children came running to the patio stating some women was in the house, apparently they had not marked our home as an early check in house and housecleaners had arrived. The women had to call her manager cause she stated we did not pay for early check-in, which we did. Then about 15 minutes after she left another women came stating the same thing. We then showed her our transactions and told her that there we many items broken in the house and we could not get the WiFi to work. She took my phone number and promised to contact us later about the WiFi. That never happened. So we went four days with no internet, we did have a message from the host telling us to reset it, which we tried a few times.
I then messaged the host with the photos of all the broken items in the house, including a closet that fell on a kids head when hanging her clothes up as well as a broken chair in the pool room area that fell when someone sat on it.
Overall, the house was fine for a large family going to Disney, however, it was probably my worse rental home experience.
