• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

• POOL HEATER
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

I was expecting way better accommodations based on all the glowing reviews. Our stay was perfectly fine but not a 5 star experience. The master bathtub dripped, the upstairs carpet was crusty and the wall art upstairs was odd. The air conditioning was also difficult to control. We ended up having to put the heater on to keep from freezing even on a warm day. Strange.

Pictures can be deceiving

I’ll start off by saying the community and the grounds are very nice. Along with it being a great location. The staff was great and very friendly. The community pool was a lot of fun with a pool bar that had good drinks and food. As far as the unit we stayed in it was run down and gross. The couches were horrible you can feel the metal springs and wood frame in them you really couldn’t sit on them and after a day at the parks it sucked not being able to lounge on the couch. The dining room set was 4 chairs and a bench, 2 of the chairs and the bench felt like they were going to collapse if you sat on them the legs were so loose. There were ants on the kitchen floor and counter top when we got there. The stools at the counter top were so worn down there was no cushion left. The outside chairs were ripped and torn. The one lounge chair when my daughter moved it had black oil leak out of it. I paid $75 for the bbq which is fine but when I went to use it the third day we were there the igniter did not work so I had to run out and get a bbq lighter to then come back try again to realize the propane tank was empty. Called management they said I can either wait for someone to drop off another one which they didn’t know when that would be or I can go pick one up and they’ll reimburse me for the cost. I’m on vacation I paid extra for this!! So I said can I just have a refund on the bbq and I was told they have to send someone there when we leave to make sure we didn’t actually use it before they give me a refund. So I better get my damn refund. I would stay at that community again for sure but never that unit. Again this is as honest I could be I wish I was able to give more of a positive review. I want my refund for the bbq it’s ridiculous I paid for something I couldn’t use.
