Uncomfortable

We had a good stay with family, and the accomodations were adequate, but not as comfortable as the rentals we have had in the past. We were not there much as it was a very busy week but there are a few things that should be addressed to make the next renters more comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more necessities for example a some baking sheets, frying pans, a strainer, whisk, and cutting boards. The upstairs common bathroom sink does not drain well. The master bedroom bed could use some updated linens or a least ones that fit (king sheets on a queen bed). We chased them all week. And the biggest thing was the couch in the living room really needs to be replaced. It is broken down and the cushions move and you end up sitting on hard wood. There is no place in the five seats that is comfortable for more than five minutes. And the cable or apps for the tvs require a computer genious to operate. We did have with us 3 very tech saavy individuals and with time got some channels to play on all tvs except the master bedroom which keep reverting back to netflix in spanish. It is probably safe to say we will not book with Wonder vacations again.

The location is amazing, so close to attractions, heated communal pool and cosy. It is not the most luxurious of homes, but it was absolutely perfect for what else needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious. We would definitely boom again. Very homely feel.

The house has two showers on the second floor, three toilets and three bedrooms. Tableware and silverware are prepared enough in the kitchen. However, cooking utensils are not enough. For example, frying pan is not big enough for 4 persons, no tongs, etc. Air conditioner was failed while our stay. We can communicate with staff　via e-mail. Response was very quick. AC was fixed within 24hrs. There is no frontdesk, but we can have a good communication with staff.
