The room is look that require a upgrade. Carpet, floors and bathroom are desperate. The appearance in general, the room no necessary will be upgrade to be at 5 starts, with a upgrade, the hotel will be stay and get more.

Checked in to a hot and smelly room the bedding was dirty I call the front desk was told the only had one employee working the front desk so I would have to go to the front desk to pick up new bedding that's was also dirty after all that they finally put us in a new room that's was ok but I would never stay there again

Dated and slightly dirty. The carpets through the hallways and room need to be deep cleaned they were super dingy and you could see the dirty pathways. Obviously been a really long time since they've cleaned it. The toilet ran all night, the air conditioner was broken and made a horrible noise and woke us up at 5:00 in the morning and the fridge made noise all night as well keeping us awake. They need to go through this hotel and do some much-needed updates and cleaning
