Initially, I was given a room that was not ready, and the second room presented numerous problems. While one of the female staff members was very kind every time she helped me, I did experience unsatisfactory customer service from two of the male front staff found the daily necessity of resetting the room key to be quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, and my room had several issues, including a broken phone, a faulty lock, and missing lights. Unfortunately, the maid service did not restock essentials or make the beds during my six-night stay
