Linens were stained. The carpet was disgusting, there was a vomit stain between the beds, fortunately it did not smell. I saw it was a Wyndham affiliation but not sure how that is possible.
We checked in and had to switch rooms 3 times due to TV's not working. The next morning we tried to shower and there was no hot water!!!
Mr. Benny is always the best host … great attitude, professional, friendly… and a nice person. You still have not installed sliding front doors. You know difficult it is to drag your luggage in … and try to physically open the two doors to get in ???
I checked in and the receptionist gave me a room with disgusting smelled like urinate right after walking in to the room! I was terrified that really happened in these days like I was a homeless person and like this was for a charity or something like that! Unbelievable and unacceptable the service in this hotel, I returned to the front desk and was able to change another the room. This room is a little bit better because there is no noticeable smelled inside, but there is no lights functioning right, the room was so dark and when the lights disfunction started turning on, it didn’t work properly! What’s a terrifying experiences in life!
The lobby and check in were average. The carpets are dirty and need replacing. No hot water in the shower, but the towels and sheets were good. You can hear the outside traffic and adjoining rooms. The workout room had a broken thermostat and was 85 degrees. The water dispenser. Was also broken and most surfaces / doors throughout the hotel are scuffed and scratched. AC was subpar as well. I do not recommend staying here. Pay the extra elsewhere
Carpets were really nasty and needed to be cleaned. Plumbing seems to be a real issue there also. Water constantly dripping from tub/sink and toilet runs. Hello it's a desert and water is an issue besides listening to it all night long. Definitely will not stay there again.

Tried early check in only to immediately check out. Second hallway floor stained black was the first clue, then opened room door to find carpet in the same shape. THEN, we peeled back the covers and found what looked to be a bleached blood stain sheet that looked to flipped so it was at the feet. Bed skirting had some sort of crusted over matter on both sides. It was NASTY. Still haven't received a refund for the second night even though we checked out over 24 hours prior. Don't be fooled by the web pics, this place is gross.
The price was good, amenities nearby were good, location was fine. The place looks old, it hasn't had a facelift in a long time. The hallway carpets are VERY stained and dirty. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Room was very clean, but the rest of the facility was looked very tired. Close to airport, so good for 1 night stays.

I stayed at this property because it was in the area I needed to be, and it had the only availability. I will not make that mistake again. The rooms were in horrible disrepair, to say the property was dirty is an understatement. Just walking in the front door, you're met with what appears to be an old hotel, but also one that isn't cleaned on a regular basis. Take the elevator to your room and as you step out, there is a literal mound of trash. The bed appeared clean, but the bath hasn't had a deep clean in years. The shower curtain was broken... The best part of my stay was the water pressure in the shower, and the staff that I interacted with. If you've got no place else, its a roof over your head. If you have options, go elsewhere.
