SO this is a plain hotel - not a 'resort' ; no xtra fees; nothing fancy; basic breakfast; basic room; tending toward tired end of the last refresh; but good location near rental car return/airport; friendly; clean enough; and was cheapest acceptable choice. We were in town to visit not gamble. At south end of strip so close enough if that was where you were headed but far enough that you can avoid the worst of the traffic. Quiet though the weekend part of our stay they had a bunch of families with kids in for a local sports tourney. Not a glitzy romantic get away to the lights of vegas but good enough if you are just looking for a bed.

Property did not match the Wyndham upper status character and price level.

It was all good, no worries. Staff was nice and the stay was good.

Old worn furniture. Hall rugs not vacuumed. Staff was good.

We were disappointed when we checked in and compared the reality to the pictures we'd seen on the website. The carpets we're stained, hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week, garbages overflowing, furniture showing significant wear, you can write your name on the dust on the furniture, bathroom really outdated, etc, etc.

Good location, quiet. Room was small and the bathroom is small and cramped.

The two women working the front desk were excellent, very helpful, and courteous.

Small rooms, small beds even though they said they were queen size. Staff was nice. You could hear other guests in their rooms next to you, and on other floors. Sheets were stained on both beds.

Needs a deep clean and some fresh paint, but breakfast was pretty good

The hotel and rooms are very dated. Stained carpets, water constantly running in the bathroom, paint chipping off old mid-matched walls. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed

Pictures are not representative of what you actually get. This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The sofa was all dirty and stained with holes in the cushions. The front panel was ripped off the island sink revealing much needed repairs and unclean/unsanitary conditions. Carpets made you not want to walk barefoot. Old, corroding bathroom fixtures. The door would only lock with a good forceful slam, otherwise a safety hazard if you thought you closed it and someone were to enter overnight. The Hilton hotels next door were in pristine shape for a comparable price; pay just a tad more and go next door! I got my next few nights refunded easily and spent cleaner, safer nights at the Hilton next door.

O stay here all the time. You can walk to the outlet malls in about 5 minutes. It is close to the strip uber or lyft just a few bucks and a few minutes. Can even take a liesurely walk just to shopping and food. For the rate compared to casinos that hit you with silly resort charges. I prefer to stay here. Booking in advance, with too many places near by for shopping and food makes this one of the best properties. If you are not lazy this will be the cheapest option for you overall. Convenient store 5 minutes walk. Outlet mall and food about the same 5 minutes. Don't hesitate this place. If I was not happy I would not take the time to leave this post and tell others about it.

I used 3 times. Every time was good but This time, I could not use TV. So that point is rate down.

I guess for the price this motel is OK, easy access to 15, perfect for a Vegas stop without getting into the crowded strip. We stayed here on our wat to Utha.

It was a great hotel, definitely would stay here again!

Dirty sheets, room didn’t smell fresh TV is hard to see/to small

When we checked in on Sept 30, and was ready for bed, pulled the sheets back and found "BLOOD STAINS"on the sheets, we were to tired to move so the front desk gave us extra sheets and we changed the bed. Monday night we called for the shuttle like the Hotel said 20 min early for pick up at 5pm from the Mandalay Hotel I called 430pm the Hotel clerk forgot to tell the driver, we were sitting until 545 pm I called the Mandalay all the clerk said was "ok I will send the driver" we got back to the hotel around 615pm the clerk didn't say I am sorry, I apologize for leaving you out there over an hour WE GOT NOTHING !!!!!. The 3rd night there we found a Vodka bottle under the edge of our bed I kicked something as I was getting into bed and there it was, and "I do not drink alcohol " with the right management and training this could be a great hotel the only good things were the shuttle drivers were very nice but the front desk staff needs to be changed they have a I don't care attitude. "THUMBS DOWN"

Room smelled like onions. Location was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel
