The property should be smoke free and as soon as you walk in, it smelled like smoke. The property made you feel very dirty because it smelled, had stains on the walls and furniture. Our room also smelled, had stains on the walls, stains on furniture and tv and had a hole on the wall in the restroom. My children didn’t even want to use the restroom or take a shower so we went to the nearest Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. There was pubic hair in the shower. When my husband called to complain it took a while because front desk would not answer. Someone finally did and offered to move us rooms (after we cleaned the room). We moved into the next room; however, I don’t think that was put into the computer at first because a stranger came into our room saying he was just assigned that room and had a key. We were not happy and could not wait to leave the building. I would not recommend staying here.

The was great and jumped through hoops to take care of us and our needs. On the downside, Orbitz or this Baymont should have specifically and directly informed us that the hot breakfast was being replaced with a less than continental bag breakfast.

Close to airport, but property was dated. Couch in room was in poor condition. It looked like someone picked it up from the street.

Very run down and old. Barely clean. Hair in the bathroom. Stains on the bedding. Great staff super friendly. Nice location. Pictures and real life didn't match up.

The hotel is dirty, the elevator, bed sheets, bathroom floor, refrigerator & the carpet were dirty. You can tell housekeeping just cleans superficially, the bathroom floor behind the toilet seat was extremely dirty, the fridge hadn’t been moved to clean and dust by it. The tv mount has a disgusting collection of dust. I wanted to cancel as soon as i walked I to the elevator but would’ve gotten charged regardless.

Not a bad place to stay near the airport. Great surrounding area and a fairly clean property.

The hotel was nice but the room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathtub and dust collected in the corners and on the edges of everything in the room

While I was there I noticed small pieces of trash in the hallway. Day after day the trash remained. Housekeeping did their rounds but never vacuumed the hallways. Elevator was visibly dirty, everyday I was there. I would say they are not thoroughly cleaning this establishment. Non smoking building, however a strong “skunky” odor was lingering in the lobby while checking in.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was behind so we had to wait an hour after check-in time to get our room. We stayed 5 nights and it had happened to other guests on another day as well.

Standard hotel experience. The lobby was 91° F and a queue began to form as the sole employee manning the desk was required to take a break. Not complaining about the employee, they're entitled to their break, but it was a holiday weekend, peak time. You would think the hotel would staff appropriately.
