This hotel is dirty throughout. Our first room appeared to have dog poop tracked around the floor, and the second was just dirty. We booked because it had a pool and wasn’t informed that the pool was drained until after check in and then they wouldn’t refund because we already checked in. They allow dogs and there was one that started barking around 5 and didn’t stop. Don’t be fooled by photos- it’s not clean and I would not recommend staying here.

Room had bugs, there were buggers on the walls, bathroom was disgusting and toilet seat not attached. We were in the room less than two minutes. There was an intense odor on immediate entrance to the hotel. The staff were infact friendly and offered another room which we declined.

DONT BOOK! The photos are not accurate to how our room looked. Those photos were probably from when the rooms were first remodeled. Now everything is run down. Our room had water damaged ceilings, the wallpaper was peeling, none of the surfaces were clean, and everything had like a layer of dust or grime on it. The window in our room wouldn't close all the way. So bugs would be flying in. The bedding had pee stains. The entire bottom of the bath curtain was covered in mildew and the bathroom in general just wasn't very clean. The staff working there just seemed like we were imposing on them or interrupting them for anything including just checking in. Even the custodial staff seemed like we were imposing on them when they needed to come clean the room because it was nasty.They did come and "fix" some issues: they came and cleaned the floors and changed out the shower curtain and the sheets. The cleaning supplies the staff were using are just bad. From what I saw they were doing what the could with what they have, but it is very bad. I don't know how they expect the staff to maintain the already falling apart rooms. I didn't even bother to go down for breakfast because I just didn't think the food would be safe to eat based on everything else I saw. The one thing that was all right was the pool. The water was cold but clean. You could tell the pool had recently been updated as well, so it was in decent shape. I would have went somewhere else but the room's are not refundable.

The emenities were absolutely disgusting. Toilet didn’t flush, bugs dead and alive, shower had black mold, outside at night looked like drug deals and woman exchanges. Bed had multiple brown stains. Happy to send pictures. We’d like our money back.

Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we were originally assigned to confront the unknown customer in the room. Dangerous and unprofessional, awful.

We were only given four towels for 7 people in two rooms (2 towels per room). No pool towels. Shower in one room flooded the bathroom. Other shower/tub and sink in second room didn’t drain well at all. Lots of standing water. Only given new towels when you hand them your dirty ones. Trash never collected in four day stay. Toilet clogged in one room, called front desk and was told to come and get a plunger. Breakfast did not look appetizing at all. Gravy in a crockpot with other foods crusted to the side of said crockpot. Very dark in breakfast area. Only small overhead lighting. Air conditions very loud. Floors in rooms not cleaned. All of our socks turned black on the bottoms after only being there for a few hours.
