Enjoyed our stay at the Aston. The only negative thing we experienced was my wife walking into the closed sliding glass door in the room. She did not see that it was closed.

The room was wonderful and bed was super comfortable. My sister's flight was canceled and she had to stay over in order to get home to California the next day. You hotel was a great location since they didn't have a car and everything was within walking distance. It was a pleasant surprise for them as they don't travel as much as I do, so they were very happy with how accommodating the hotel staff were with an early check in since they came directly from their cruise, to the airport and then to your hotel staff that greeted them so wonderfully.

Specially what I like was a parking spot and parking fee was a reasonable, $45.00 per day with unlimited in-n- out. all staffs are so nice and patience. Room was excellent clean, no any smell.

We were surprised to find that each of the hotel rooms are owned by individuals and are not at all furnished like they were pictured in the advertising. This make it impossible to really know what your getting. The kitchen was there but we had to ask for silverware, bowls for salad and a cooking sheet. Honestly the kitchen was fairly useless. We bought food at Costco to prepare but some of it wasted because it was such a hassle to cook. Parking was on the seventh floor which meant an extra 5-7 minutes going round and round and round to get to parking. Spots were tiny! The end tables near the bed smelled sour. So sour we couldn’t but our clothes in them. They need to be replaced. The bathroom drawers needed some contact paper or something to cover the water stains. Let’s just say this place was definitely not worth $1500 for five days. By the end of the trip we were used to the accommodations and had accepted it as ok. This place was large but not maintained as well as it should have been.

We thought that the hotel was nice and we had a huge room with a full kitchen which was important to us. Overall it was great. However, the staff was clearly not empowered to solve any issues. I asked about the hot tub not working and was informed that it would not be attended to because it was "not an emergency". I asked for a stopper for the sink and was promised it but never received it. The tub had no stopper.
