In downtown, so great for business people. Room was very big and well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and small stove. Would be great for extended business trip. Did not try amenities at I cannot assess. Common area on each floor a bit plain but doesn’t really matter. Lobby is fine. Paris baguette just around corner do very convenient for coffee and breakfast. 7/11 also just outside building. Honolulu downtown is a bit sleepy so not best location for night life. Did not use parking. I was there over weekend so just used street parking next to Iolani Palacr which was fine and free

Two different elevators to get to parking garage and room. Confusing for a day but you get use to it. Need to memorize your room code or you will have to take out your phone to check the code because they text it to you after check in. Hotel is conveniently located to a 7-11 and places to eat. Not too far of a drive to other places such as Waikiki, Ala Moana Mall and Ala Moana beach. It’s centrally located. Our room did not have extra blankets so we were cold at night and just adjusted temp of AC. For extra towels or anything extra you need to call front desk to request. The room itself did have a full kitchen, stove top, microwave, fridge and eating utensils, cups, glasses, plates. No paper towels. There was a small dish soap and sponge. The bathroom had shampoo conditioner but body wash bottle was empty. I guess it’s ok for what is necessary. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We probably will not stay there again when we go back. We didn’t like the inconvenience of taking two different elevators and no extra towels blankets readily accessible.

I really liked the spacious room. I appreciated the separate sitting area. What this room lacked was a good size mirror. It only had one small mirror in the bathroom.

5am fire alarm and everyone else has to be down to the street. My husband just ran into the emergency room at 4 AM early in the morning as he slipped and fell on the bathroom, stitched and went back to the hotel after 5 hours then early morning 5 am fire alarm.

The hotel itself is great. Love the amenities in the deluxe suites, beautiful views whether makai (ocean) side or mauka (mountain) side. Second time staying at the Aston Executive Centre. Local here, so I use this hotel as a staycation. It’s located downtown, so be aware of some dirty areas and homeless people (not the fault of the property management at all, as it’s all outside). Just be aware of your surroundings.

Staff, facility, proximity to shopping and restaurants was all top notch. Stayed 1 night and loved it so much we extended for another night. Staff wasn’t only friendly but they also had extensive knowledge of the best spots to eat and shop. We took all their recommendations and they were right! We will be staying here next time we visit Honolulu.

The area is flooded with unhoused people screaming out loud and threatening others. The hotel room floor was EXTREMELY dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black after a couple steps. There was a black stain on the bath towel and a hole in the bed sheet. There was spilled popcorn in the hallway that stayed overnight and was there when I checked out (earlier than originally reserved). The receptionist was unapologetic and inconsiderate when addressed with my concerns.
