The dinner I was served my first night made me so terribly sick to my stomach that I spent the night in the bathroom. 4 days later I am still very sick, and my doctor has determined that I don’t have the flu or a virus. I had no choice but to take the first flight home the next morning. When I checked in, I was unexpectedly charged $400 for an unadvertised, “surprise”“recreation activity fee.” The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Many of the staff were rude and dismissive. I have stayed in many different Hilton hotels in my life, but I will NEVER stay in a Hilton hotel ever again.

Great location, across of the international market, close to the beach and all the restaurants on one of the famous street, a very clean hotel including the room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. The hotel has a third party which gives you chairs, umbrella and other stuff (up to three beach items per day) for free. Just loved it!

Great hotel ! Also at the check out , our flight was at 10:45pm we did our check out at 11am, they stored our luggage’s all day and gave us a card to still access the pool and the bar, the bathrooms and showers, it was so nice of them! Also in the morning they have free yoga class 😊

Didn’t realize that there was no self parking when we booked this. Thought the $75 for valet parking was excessive since we had no other options. I will check for self parking at another stay if we come again

First room the AC wasn’t working, they changed us room but the first night I was dying. Besides that it was pretty close to everything and convenient.
