Sleeps up to 4 guests (ideally 2 AD + 2CH) with 1 King bed on the bedroom and 1 smaller Queen sofa bed on the living room.

This relaxing 1-bedroom condo at the Waikiki Banyan Makai Tower is located just steps away from the beach. Admire the partial Diamond Head views that can be enjoyed from the bedroom and lanai

Friedrich Air Conditioning by the living room. Fiber 300 Internet – up to 300 Mbps download & 300 Mbps upload on a wired connection (WiFi/Internet speeds may vary). Watch over 175 HD Cable TV channels on the New Samsung 43-inch TU-7000 Series Class TV.

The open kitchen [excludes perishables] is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals: stove oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a dining table with chairs and many more.

The bedding configuration is 1 x King Size mattress (2 x twin beds merged to form a king and cannot be disassembled) on the bedroom and 1 x Queen Size Sofabed.

A tastefully bathroom with shower, tub and vanity is accessible from the bedroom, it also has shower handle bar for added safety.

Special Feature: One Parking Stall (max 6`) Free and Included in the building`s parking garage. It`s nice to not have to worry about parking and be able to Enter/Exit as you please especially in a Prime Hotspot Location in Waikiki.

The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Do not cover or tamper the smoke detector. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.

- Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in or check-out. Please use suggested luggage storage service instead

- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.

Location is phenomenal. Walk to the beaches and restaurants. The free parking is like striking gold. Don't be fooled by the places that say street or paid parking is available. It is not. Unless you want to spend YOUR vacation looking for parking, book only a place with parking. This apartment is roomy and has AC which is also gold in Honolulu.

Great Condo in Waikiki

Waikiki has everything: beautiful beaches, lagoons for calm ocean swimming, waves to surf and boogie board (and rentals and lessons), so many restaurants, shopping, live authentic Hawaiian music and hula every day (much of it free), spectacular weather. It's not a quiet desert island beach. This condo is in a great location in East Waikiki (the less crowded side). It's very clean and homey. Comes with free parking, so you can rent a car for your stay and explore the island. Fully equipped kitchen. Really comfy king bed. Nice private lanai (outdoor balcony). The bathroom has a tub (you can bubble bath). TV. WiFi. Use of the hotel's outdoor pool, and jacuzzi, and brand new sauna. Bike share station right outside the hotel. We just loved it. Max stars.
