I know couldn't help but with 1 or 2 elevators down the wait was really long. Also if the maid are in the elevators with their cart there is no room. Should have left cart at different floors and carry some bedding, towel and toiletries at a time.

1. First night we got the Lady at the front desk was very rude and offered no help to us when we did not understand the charges 2. Get to our room and there is 3/4s of a twin bed and we had 2of them. 3. The beds were too soft that it ruined my back. I believe it was maintenance that came and put a board under my bed and that did nothing. 4. I am truly grateful for maintenence. Thank you for trying to accommodate me just so i can be comfortable!! 5. Was able to switch to another room... a much bigger room and yes! theres a tub!! 6. The bed was too softer, softer than the other beds. Very disappointed, very uncomfortable would not recommend or return. On the flip side any suggestions that could help would be

The room was so old and dirty , but I think you get what you are paying for. Small print also the resort fee that its ridiculous if we take in consideration that 1 elevator is been down for months, 2 start cuz we save in bottles of water they have purified water for the guest and ice but I won't go back to that hotel

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Jade managed and printed our boarding passes. She was delightful. Our room was comfortable, but older and we appreciated the balcony to view the area. It could have been cleaned better.It is very well situated and close to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, clothing shops, transportation, etc. Overall it was reasonable and just great.

Staff was fine, but here are the problems! One elevator was disabled. Strong inconvenience to guest as guest piled into elevators. Dangerous regarding health issues! Room had no desk or chairs! No place to relax in room without attempting to sit on the bed. No hand held shower head and was difficult to adjust water stream. Very dissapointing.

A hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. Cons: this place is very old, with a lot of old furnishings with rust. Remodeling has impaired the elevator which makes things very slow, as only one is available. Pros: it’s in the best location in Waikiki besides the beachfront! It has paid limited parking! Price is just right.

Expensive resort fee, this place isn’t a resort so not sure why they charge it. Rooms are in poor neglected condition, air conditioner is mounted beside the bed a few feet above the floor so you get cold air blowing on your head, had to use the ironing board as a deflector.

Low budget hotel, one elevator working, rooms were old with outdated drapes, old carpet. Also did not appreciate the "daily service fee" when they only do housekeeping once every 3 days. Staff was fine, but I suppose you get what you pay for here.

I was nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but this hotel was amazinggg & I will definitely stay here when I come back to Honolulu! The room was so nice, had a great view, comfy bed & was very close to the beach & downtown Waikīkī. Staff were very nice & had an easy experience with payment and whatnot. :)
