15-story, 250 room hotel with only ONE tiny working elevator. Water and ice only available in the lobby on floor 1. Surprise fees at check in. These should 100% be included in the initial booking. To round out this experience, I was called 10 minutes before checkout to be reminded that checkout was in ten minutes (as I was preparing for checkout...). Housekeeping literally waiting outside my room when I exited (on time, might I add). With so many options in the area, I would go another route. Stars given in this review only for friendly staff and clean room.

TERRIBLE Experience! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. The elevator situation was a nightmare! One elevator was broken, and the only functioning one was extremely small, barely fitting six people, and slow. At night, things got even worse: several people were knocking on hotel room doors and screaming in the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. More ridiculous fact is that the hotel had the audacity to charge us a daily fee despite all these issues. The situation escalated to the point where some guests called 911, and police officers actually showed up. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will never come back here again!
