The room was so old and dirty , but I think you get what you are paying for. Small print also the resort fee that its ridiculous if we take in consideration that 1 elevator is been down for months, 2 start cuz we save in bottles of water they have purified water for the guest and ice but I won't go back to that hotel

I think for the price paid, there is a lot of upgrading that needs done. It’s a little ridiculous that your room fee doesn’t cover all the normal hotel services such as room cleaning, towels etc. we had to pay an additional $40 some in dollars for these services even though we only stayed one night. Also, parking was another $37.

The air conditioner didn’t work in our second room. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t adequate and we got tired of complaining. The front desk couldn’t do anything but tell us the manager will be back on Monday. Frustrating!

Nice place need some upgrades but overall clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would book here again. One elevator was under construction but the wait for the elevator was not that long. Great location and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Overall great place to stay and not expensive

TV needed service twice, then had to switch rooms altogether. I am 55 yrs old, and was moved to the 10th floor...so i moved all my things by myself. The biggest problem was they only had one elevator in service during my entire stay!! Had i been aware this was the case, i never would've booked a room. Manager was very rude and unsympathetic to my many issues. I will never stay at the Aqua Aloha again!! I spent 20 minutes to get up and down the elevator each way...wasting valuable time i should've been enjoying in Hawaii vs. on an elevator!!! Very disappointing.
