Don’t rent a car if you stay here. $55 a day is more than in NYC. That equals two nights in the hotel if you stay a week Very close to everything and walking distance to the beach

Couldn’t warm up leftover food I purchased at your facility without purchasing a microwave for my room. I just needed to warm the one meal! Didn’t feel welcome when seeking my welcome gift and she didn’t give me time to ask about events before she walked away! Otherwise, everything else was fine.

My ocean view room was the perfect stay for mine & my families visit to Waikīkī. We added the breakfast option which was perfect and saved us some coins as food in the area can get pricey. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, I found myself watching the sun set each day. Pool & poolside bar are nice *Be sure to catch their Happy hour specials. Overall no complaints 10/10! Will stay again most definitely. Cleanliness excellent & conveniently close to everything! No need to rent a car, we took a Lyft from the airport $18, caught a Luau at Hawaiian Village Hotel $9 ride… took the Pink Trolley bus around town $6 pp for an all day pass. Our first time in Hawaii and this was a great start to what will most likely be many return trips. The location was phenomenal, for a "not on the beach" hotel, it's proximity and access to everything, food shopping, entertainment was exceptional. Helpful, friendly staff, a lovely 10th floor pool area and Starbucks in the lobby is always a plus!
