Staff was great, but you can tell they are embarrased about the resort fee as they say we hold this much for incidentials (We knew about the resort fee, a shame when this place is not a resort by any stretch. It's a nice hotel with a restauant and pool. Great hotel, staff. Resort fee not so great, but we made sure not to spend a sent at the hotel. Feels good to give money you would spend at the hotel to there competition :)

Pretty close to Waikiki Beach, food and shopping. The hotel is pretty old and outdated feeling. Pool is much smaller than what the pictures make it seem and this was really disappointing as the pool was one of our deciding factors. Pool bar is closed. Only 1 restaurant on site with meh food options. Valet is $40/day and there's a daily resort fee. Overall a 3/5 star hotel.

Location was excellent, view was very nice

The property is nice, clean and friendly staff. They had put us on 10th floor right next to the pool which was amazing. Room views were fantastic (ocean view). My only complaint is the surprise $40 a night charge for valet parking and housekeeping being unavailable after certain time of the day. On our last day of stay, we were awoken by a 4 am emergency siren by mistake. Location wise, it was great.

Good location close to a lot of shops. Clean room with a small fridge, good sheets, and furniture chair. We had a great view of the mountains.

Great property, service and staff. Very accommodating. Only issue was that there was no self park option.

It was definitely clean, and the staff were helpful; but gift shop never opened, we were threatened by security even after we told him we weren’t the ones making noise, parking is ridiculously expensive, and when we were waiting outside for a store to open security pretty much followed us around as if we weren’t guest their and never bothered to ask.

The lobby was beautiful and the view was amazing. Five stars!

All staff was pleasant and helpful. Any issues or questions we had were quickly taken care of. Certain staff that stuck out were our check-in clerk, Chantal - she was the best we have ever come across; bartender Jackie in the lounge bar and our housekeeper, Lily. All made our stay that much better. Our room was clean and other than the bathroom fan not working, we were happy with everything. The hot tub was not working one night, but was fixed by the next day. The staff at the Concierge desk were very helpful - thanks to Tyler and Cat.

It is great location, near by the beach, and the buses are stop at the front of the hotel, food places also near to this hotel.

Liked: The room was a good size, nice big bathroom with a big shower, a nice little balcony for sitting out with a drink and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the Front Dest agent was friendly. Disliked: the entrance to the lobby had a ramp for wheelchairs, which made it easier for senior citizens who don't walk well (like me) to get to the door. Once inside the door there were stairs, which are hard for me to navigate. There was a lift for a wheelchair but you have to ring a buzzer and wait for a bellman to come. There always seemed to be a shortage of bellman so I just hauled myself painfully up the stairs. Also, when I checked in there were no bellmen to help me with my luggage.

Very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located in main beach area.

Service was excellent. They even let us come back after 5 on the day we checked out and have a complimentary room for 1 hr to take showers. That was awesome.

Location was great for our purpose. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The overall amenities provided in the room was also adequate.

Overall the hotel was very nice. All hotel staff that we encountered was very welcoming and helpful. Onsite restaurant had delicious food and the free bottle of water each day was a nice bonus. Only thing that put a damper on this hotel experience was that the mattress was not comfortable. The mattress in our room is definitely at the end of it's life in my opinion but luckily waking up to see the beautiful ocean right outside our window quickly made it so the pain caused by the bed overnight wasn't going to bring my day down.

Great Hotel. Clean. Friendly Staff. Good Pool/ Spa. Close to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Great view of the beach if you have a view room.
