Need to be remodeled, the curtains is torn apart Bad smell in the rooms and the hallway

Everything was ok could not turn down volume on tv and exit doors would not let you back in with your door card.everyone was complaining about that.

The microphone, microwave stand, And all areas around it were not clean. Old food and crumbs from previous guest and microwave had mildew in it.

Clean sheets, nice smell, roomy

Room was king room but did not have king bed(full size in place( had to request roll away bed, room smelled like wet dig, carpet was dirty, dead bugs in drawers, baseboards and cords covered in dust, shower was great except water gets all over floor since no barrier not safe for handicapped or anyone. Have to request housekeeping if staying more than 1 day and then they don't clean have the room. Front desk and management not much help. Very disappointed

Outdated smells like smoke

Our room was not cleaned very well at all. Hair in the shower, dirt etc under furniture.

I like the convenience of the hotel, it’s near stores and the downtown area. The room that we stayed in needs updating and minor renovations. The only thing I didn’t like is the double bathroom doors. You’re not able to lock it. Family member’s could walk in. Also, La Quinta started to charge for pets. It used to be free. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay there.

Showers would not keep temp,tub had a ring around it

They did not have the room I reserved, would not adjust my room rate accordingly, suggested that I go to the Hilton across the street, said I could get a refund, so I went to the Hilton.

Room was extremely dirty. I had to ask for new sheets because their was hair all over them. When I had called I was told I had to come downstairs and get what sheets were left clean. Luckily they had enough. The room was dirty and facility and the hallway smelled of pot and dog poop. Will not come back.

This hotel could be a good, basic hotel. Not special but not terrible BUT the entrance to the hotel, the parking lot and the green space around the hotel were littered with garbage. It would not be difficult to go through, do a thorough cleaning and then make a point of keeping the area clean on a daily basis. I appreciate that this was a pet-friendly hotel but there was green space where no one had picked up after their animals. I know the owners should do it, but if they don't, someone needs to. The reception desk personnel were very good and I appreciated that they seemed to care about the details of our stay. While I didn't eat it, the breakfast also appeared to be fine. However, I will not stay at a La Quinta again if I have other alternatives.
