Close walk to the pier/beach and also a short walk to the 3rd street promenade. Staff was very friendly. Loved my room, very comfortable.

This hotel was fine, there were just some annoying aspects to our stay. The restaurant was very average - we ordered room service once and the food was dry and unimpressive. The parking is valet only and costs an extra $50/day, which is slightly annoying when you want to come and go multiple times per day. That said, the valet service was quick and the valets were very polite and courteous. The location is within walking distance to the beach and pier, as well as other shopping and restaurant options, which is very handy. The room was clean and quiet, although the layout of the furniture was a bit odd. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I’d skip ordering any food from the restaurant.

the carpets are dirty, the room was ok but slamming doors, old rundown rooms and dirty windows.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They gave us tips on the easiest ways to get around and we loved that it was a quick, safe walk to the pier!
Place was well kept, staff were very professional, but was put off by the high price of valet service, house wine sold in shop was way over priced, then they tried to charge me for a water from the same store that I had brought with me. I would come back, but I guess I would have change the style of my travels, like getting an Uber instead of parking, bringing my own beverages, deciding if having to pay for internet was worth it.. The room did have a very nice big screen TV, but there was only one stool to sit on. The place was overall good, but not sure if the value was there.
Friendly front desk and valet, bathroom shower is clogged like water doesn’t want to go down (gross). Toilet seat need to be changed, toilet barely flushed. The remodel is easy on the eyes but the important stuff like plumbing gave away how sad and old the hotel truly is.
