There were bugs, little beetles and roaches all over the bathroom. When we brought this to staff attention, even though they were sympathetic, they stated we had to contact the GM by email who then stated we had to contact Orbitz regardind a refund.

Everything was fine, breakfast pretty standard. Convenient to North Raleigh and easy to downrown Raleigh, NC
Ive stayed here back in 2015 and its still a nice hotel
The staff were really helpful and friendly. There was work going on while I was there (updating cable TV and internet, I think), but aside from a hit of noise at one point in the middle of the day it wasn’t an issue. I did overhear the cable guy saying that he needed to enter my room to pull some cable, but I heard a member of staff say that he’d have to wait until the room is vacant. Thank you for that! The room was clean, comfortable, and served my purposes perfectly.

The experience was OK. The price is just about right for what you get. I did not like the breakfast but was included anyway. The location is good and convenient. The staff was nice and the place is quite.
The room was filthy and after cleaning with pinsol and spraying almost a whole can of Lysol, the room still smelled like a wet dog. The beds had hair on top sheets, the rugs in whole building were filthy. I couldn't wait to leave.
I needed a cheap room at the last minute and found a clean, cheap room.
Was sent to this hotel after my first reservation at different hotel was canceled. Hotel is in a bad area. We noticed criminal activity taking place in hotel parking lot. No security. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, even on no smoking floors. Would not recommend hotel. The only good thing was ease of check -in and comfortable bed.
This hotel is great for the value, but needs some improvements. The room was cozy with great lighting. The heater didn't not provide any heat (even at the maximum level). There was a hole that was burned in the bed sheets and a stain that I'm not sure where it came from. The television was a little grainy and missing some of the channels on the tv list.
Will not return to this hotel again. Pool not open or clean. Musty smell all over the building. Breakfast no syrup and the waffle makers not working. Staff was tolerant to guest. Air conditioner making noise all night.
Completely satisfactory and price-worthy. It is exactly in the center of the strike zone for the Super 8 experience. Continental breakfast could be a little better. But clean rooms, fresh paint and very quiet, in an easy location.
