Saw two lady bugs on nightstand before sleeping. Forgot the batteries & recharger in room when checked out. Bowered it after 2 hours. Called the hotel and then rushed to there. However was told nothing found. Entered the room and checked but didn't found them. Strongly suspect the cleaner took it when cleaning the room. Very bad impression

Loved the kitchen set up. Good space within the room for 2 adults. Breakfast was also good each day.
Concern: It was difficult to adjust the shower head so it didn't spray water on the floor or wall. We liked the general ambiance of the place.
Loved the Hotel. The only issue for me was the bed was too firm.
Breakfast was great. The place where they position the toilet paper (right next to your thigh, not so great. A big guy like me had difficulty pulling the paper toilet out. Sounds funny , it is! But whoever designed that is an idiot!

House Keeping knocked on my door very early on the morning following my check in, I was not quite awake and ready for my room to be cleaned however I thought they would call or come back later, they never did. Which resulted in trash remaining in the room overnight as well as damp towels, to me this is not acceptable. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the room, comfortable beds, nice outdoor area including a gas fire pit, seating area and grill/pool, game room, gym, nice breakfast ect.
The rooms were so amazing in the decor that was used .
