Bright light from parking lot into room, curtains don’t close all the way to block it out. Pool Heater was down, so pool wasn’t warm…

Management needs to do a better job. Only 1 person at checkin. Room did not look like it was cleaned. Dirt on carpet, dirty toilet, elevator filthy, ice maker broken on 4th floor. Very disappointed. They need to do better or lose customers.

All in all, it was fine. The building looked good inside and outside. The staff was great. Our only two complaints were the bath/shower in the room still had a used soap on the soap shelf, which made us question the cleaning, but the rest of the room was great. Also, we heard trains and train whistles several times during the night and, of course, the tracks run right next to the building.

Property excellent!! The lady at the front when we checked in was kind of rude! She seemed as if she didnt want to be there. But other than that awesome. Would definitely recommend!

After traveling all day, we were tired and just wanted to get in the room, take a shower and go to bed. We checked in at 9:30pm, get to our room and found the bathroom filthy. There was toothpaste and hair in the sink, hair in the tub and the toilet was dirty. The only saving grace was the bed was clean and comfortable and they came up and cleaned the bathroom.

The place was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly also.

Only complaint i was 103 right across from conference rooms and such people were outside of room nosey i think they should have been inside with door closed
