The outside of this place is not great, but we were very surprised when we opened the door to our room. It was extremely clean and with all updated furniture. I don't think their ice machine works or the phone, but we survived. Went to the pool and it was shallow, but plenty clean and with tables and chairs. Got a super late night dinner at the Mexican Restaurant attached to the lobby and it was good and even had late night entertainment, although we don't speak any Spanish so I didn't know any of the lyrics haha. We still had such a blast! It's considered to be in a bad neighborhood and the train is close by, but I'm definitely going back and I'm taking my friends too.

It was my first time in Arlington, TX. I had a great time. The hotel I stayed at was Okay for the price I paid. But next time I will make sure that I get a rental car with this trip. Because everything was driving distance. I went dinner at a resturant in DFW called Riskys. One of the best steaks I have ate. Hotel gave us a ride to the MLB Rangers game. And gave us a ride to the Dallas Cowboys game the next day. They also picked us up from the game. Saved us money on taxi ride.

We encountered 3 different workers at the front desk. They were very slow and had a line of people each time we were there. They were not very helpful when he had questions. There are train tracks directly across the street so you will not get much sleep at night. There printer had ran out of ink and they had no more to put in it. We could not print our boarding passes. The breakfast consisted of cereal and muffins, no coffee as they had ran out. I will not be staying here again.

It took 1 hour to get checked in, the whole place looked rundown, paint was peeling both outside and inside of building, the room was clean however, smelled like cat urine, the walls where discolored, paint was chipping, stained, the bathroom ceiling was "coming down" , cracked, mold in the bathtub, no locks on the windows, and front door kept getting jammed upon entering and exiting! Never had such a rundown room like this.

No soap, No shampoo, not enough towels, I saw a roach. Service is not educated. It seems to me they don't know anything. Never again will I stay here.

This hotel was unsatisfactory to say the least. The only reason I chose to stay here was because the rate was cheap and figured I would invest more money in the entertainment the Dallas area had to offer including the football game at AT&T Stadium. The first room I was given had trash scattered throughout the room and the television was on. I assumed that this room was still being occupied by another guest and went to the office to request another room. The next room was prepared but i found dirty underwear and towels in the bathroom behind the door. I ignored them as it seemed that housekeeping forgot to clean that part of the room. Also, only the bathroom outlets worked. The next night when we got in from being out all day, we found the toilet clogged and toilet water all over the bathroom floor. The water in the toilet bowl was brown, it was disgusting. I wanted to move hotels but it was late and I was exhausted. I requested yet another room and had to change rooms again. This last room was acceptable; no flooded toilet and the beds were made. To sum it all up, worse experience at a hotel I have ever had. Not to mention the obnoxious train across the street that came through every three hours at night it seemed. The only thing this hotel had going for it was that the AC was able to keep the room cool, which is a plus in the hot humid weather. I did not find any bugs crawling around which would have been the final nail in the coffin. The hotel is in walking distance to ATT Stadium and Rangers Ballpark, but there is nowhere to walk to get there. You have to cross an interstate on-ramp to get there. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for any families, honeymooners, or those with a weak stomach. If you are adamant about saving money for a trip with the guys and feel like you can rough it by only sleeping and shower there as I did, take your chances. I will not be going back.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great but the hotel was one of the worst I've ever seen. I switched hotel rooms 3 times. The issues were broken lights, clogged sinks, lack of hot water and bees in the room. The fitness center had 4 pieces of equipment and all 4 pieces were out of order. Most of my time was spent at the conference and away from the hotel so overall I still had a great trip. The issues at the hotel made me laugh several times but I would not recommend this hotel.

They did not give us the room I ordered. Also, called after making appointment and asked for d/s. I have a disabled child. Air did not work, the 2nd night they moved us to another room. There were ants all over the room and is was non-smoking, but had ashes all over chair and table in room. blow dryer and iron had been stolen out of room. Will not ever stay at this location again.

The hotel is across the street from the railroad. We heard trains all night. The room smelled awful. It was dirty. The bedspreads were stained. There was trash behind both beds. The bathroom door knob was broken and covered in grime. The coffee pot was broken and dirty. There were people coming and going all night playing very loud music. Even the room keys were sticky. We only stayed the first night because it was after 11pm, but we reserved a room at another hotel as soon as we could the next morning and checked out. We will never stay at another Days Inn.

The room had soot on the ceiling from a fire that had not been properly cleaned & there was a roach or two in the room. But it was in Texas in the heat of the summer. The Staff was awesome & very helpful.

There is a loud restaurant next door that does not close until 3am. The room where we stayed smelled musty and old and there were fleas on the carpet. We got a second room that reeked of smoke, though they claimed it was a non smoking room. The only reason I stayed was because it was very later, but this hotel does not even deserve half a star.

Hotel was dirty found hair left in the bath tub, no towels had to ask...Found a sticky tampax cover in my sheets...Gross A frieght train goes by about every 15 minutes and BLASTS its horn all day and night.....GM plant across the street...You cannot sleep AT ALL...... Will never stay there again

The hotel was very close to the Cowboy stadium , they offered free shuttle to the game but only had one shuttle going so you had to wait awhile to get on. But at least you didn't have to pay for high parking . The hotel staff was very nice . Was a little disappointed in the content oak breakfast not much on it at all. They do have a restaurant inside the hotel that had a wonderful breakfast that was very cheap. The room was ok, the bed was very comfortable and great pillows. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. Overall for the money it was good.

Even though we prepaid and had confirmation, when we arrived I was one of a dozen confirmed customers who did not have reservations. This just happen to coincide with a big local football game, where they had walk-ins getting rooms for the door rate. Clerk was unsympathetic, rude, and out and out lied to the folks whose reservations were dropped. For us, they were fully booked, but a walk-in that pleaded and agreed to a higher rate was told 'yeah, we have a few rooms available'. avoid at all costs, even if you get a room you will be disappointed.

My stay at Budgetel Inn was great. We were in town for state championship Pearland against Euless Trinty. Didn't have to wait at all. Room was clean and ready when I got there. Was skeptical about previous reviews, but everything went well. Shuttle service was right on time.

Check-In took 30 minutes, 1st room had bugs and ants all over it. Second Room the door handle was broken and you had to kick the door open. Staff barely spoke English. TV had no volume button, remote did not work. Room also had a very foul smell.

the pool was nice and warm and there was a 24 hours restraunt

it was close to things but it was very nasty i wanted to not stay but it was paid for and it would have disappointed my kids to waste time to leave to find another place when we could be at the park

our group of 9 went to six flags and hurrican harbor. We would have loved if the refrigerator and the microwave oven had worked. Not all of the electricial outlets worked. we had trouble chargning phones and other electricial devices.

The key card kept deactivating. We had to go to the office to have it reactivated at least once or twice a day. We asked for queen size beds and did not get them.
