Kids throwing things into the pool, running around and yelling at night, parking lot was dirty from so many cigarettes. A couple of the staff were rude and ignored you when you asked for something. But Mrs.Nicky was very nice and considerate, hands down one of the best people working there.

Everything was really dirty, I don't want to exaggerate but the carpet floor very dirty, the beds both dirty, even the door knob and the shower, I got really disappointed with Quality Inn, I am going to think twice about taking it again!

The rooms need to be updated and more secure deadbolts and locks on the adjoining rooms. And maybe more lighting in the parking lot. The lobby, parking lot, and room were clean just outdated. The continental breakfast was nice.
