We rented 2 rooms for our wedding guests for 3 nights. Housekeeper never showed up, rooms smelled like cigarettes. Old appliances, poor “continental breakfast” only a frozen sandwich and coffee, juice they needed to pay for it! I will never rent a room here.
The property was clean and the staff was nice. The amenities are were in working order and check in/ process was so easy.
The hotel room was spacious and location was good near highway, shopping areas and restaurants. Only complaint, found a big cockroach in the bath tub one day, called front desk, the female receptionist asked if we could kill it ourselves? I was disgusted and by the time we got back to the bathroom, the roach was gone, probably down the shower drain. Don't think I will return again. abigbcockroach
James at check-in was great! Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located. The checkout attendant was courteous
