I only stayed one night and it was close to the airport that i liked. At the start the man at the lobby was not helpful or kind at all but then he found my reservation and that changed a bit his attitude .

We needed a restaurant on premises because we did not have a car once we got there the desk clerk told us that the restaurant was closed due to Covid had I known that, I would have chosen another hotel. We had three small children with us and no way to feed them. Our room was next to the elevator which made noise all night long, also inconvenient with three small children.

I am grateful for the front desk person who printed off a one page document I needed. I am also grateful for the airport shuttle and for the shuttle driver. I was working all day and could have used the grab and go breakfast they advertised, but didn't provide. also, the lobby coffee was only sometimes provided. there was no hot cup for the room in order to use the coffee maker.

Like: close to high ways, easy access to restaurants. Dislike: outdated hotel and residents can be loud.

You get what you pay for.

Overall our room was nice. We had the double room and the beds were quite comfy. There was some black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom but otherwise everything was in order and clean. We were in room 117 which is near the back of the building and we’re a bit dismayed to find out that the back door does not remain locked. No key is needed to get into the building from the back. Ran into several shifty looking characters including one woman that can only be assumed was a prostitute who hurriedly left when I was taking my dog out for a walk. The breakfast in a bag it was given each day contained peanut butter crackers and one day some tiny pancakes that you could warm up in the microwave. They advertise that there’s 24 hour coffee but it was mostly out while we were there and barely any cream. When it was available it was wonderful though. Everyone was friendly. The pool was on the smaller side and was overrun by wild children so we only got to swim one out of the four days we were there. This hotel is in a perfect area to get around Charlotte! I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Upon check-in, I was informed that there was no shuttle service to the airport at the time I needed to be there. I specifically chose this hotel to have shuttle service to the airport. After pressing the issue, the manager on duty agreed to pay for the cab me and my family needed to get to the airport.

ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

I liked the rooms, they were very clean. I did not like the access to restaurants.

There was nothing to like.

Toilet was dirty, bathtub matt was dirty A LOT OF CIGARETTE SMELL ALL OVER THE HOTEL

They advertise a free shuttle to and from the airport. They shuttle blew by us at the correct airport pickup area. When I called the facility they said the driver could circle back around. I called 3 more times and the shuttle finally showed up an hour later. The driver lied and said that he just came on shift and got the call 10 minutes ago. The front desk said the driver had been working all night and knew about the call. But they also blamed traffic. There was no traffic as it was 11pm, my trip to the motel once on the shuttle took 11 minutes. If they would have told me it would be an hour I just would have gotten an uber. But instead I waited outside at 11pm in 50 degree weather and wind for an hour, thinking of course ANY minute now they will come. Terrible service, I would not have even stayed at this place except my reservation was prepaid. And there was no breakfast as advertised, business center closed, no amenities. They blame it on covid but they are being lazy and not even trying to provide amenities. Its been more than a year - other hotels have figured out how to provide modified services - this one is terrible.
