They advertise a free shuttle to and from the airport. They shuttle blew by us at the correct airport pickup area. When I called the facility they said the driver could circle back around. I called 3 more times and the shuttle finally showed up an hour later. The driver lied and said that he just came on shift and got the call 10 minutes ago. The front desk said the driver had been working all night and knew about the call. But they also blamed traffic. There was no traffic as it was 11pm, my trip to the motel once on the shuttle took 11 minutes. If they would have told me it would be an hour I just would have gotten an uber. But instead I waited outside at 11pm in 50 degree weather and wind for an hour, thinking of course ANY minute now they will come. Terrible service, I would not have even stayed at this place except my reservation was prepaid. And there was no breakfast as advertised, business center closed, no amenities. They blame it on covid but they are being lazy and not even trying to provide amenities. Its been more than a year - other hotels have figured out how to provide modified services - this one is terrible.

The staff were professional and helpful. I was not happy with a $150 deposit but expect that the organization fekt it warrented.

I went to this hotel after a flight delay (03/18/21) that was caused by weather. Even though I had a reservation that was paid, I did not receive lodging. After calling for the shuttle pick up we waited.After two hours we hailed an uber and rode to the hotel. Upon arrival the front desk lady gave an eyeroll as if our coming in bothered her. she then announced they were full. I informed her that i had a paid reservation, to which she replied "Well we dont have any rooms so.." her nonchalant response was frustrating to say the least. When asked about back up lodging she referred us to another hotel, yet did not provide an address knowing we were not from the area. All of this took place between the hours of 11 and midnight. Everyone was tired and frustrated so her attitude did not help. After being told that the refferal hotel would put us up and they would cover it we left, only to get to the new hotel and be told they in fact did not cover it and that we had to pay and additional fee to have a room. It was a complete nightmare. The hotel seemed ok appearance wise but for the lack of respect and customer service given I would not recommend. There was even a young mother whos room was given away sitting in the lobby. She had a baby that appeared to be less than 2 mo old. She could not afford to go elsewhere so she was STILL in the lobby with her newborn baby when we left. I was so upset. So save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. Simply NOT worth the trouble.

The room smelled. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but the room stunk of old smoke.

We liked everything about the property. New & clean, upscale location, wonderful decor, free covered parking, complimentary breakfast, great fitness center.

My vehicle was stolen from the property. The staff was very unhelpful and wanted me to leave and leave them out of it.

Normal stay nothing spectacular but no complaints

There was nothing unique about the property the staff were okay not as accommodating as most are. I liked that they offered me the quiet floor for the CIAA event and they had a breakfast every morning

Ok. Elevator horrible Service however, the stay if wonderful but the rooms and other stuff could be better

Lots of smokers in front and back of property - giving entire 1st floor a reek of smoke. Rooms were supposed to be ready at 3pm, but weren't available until 4:30pm. Morning breakfast was very sparse. Unable to get the queen beds we requested.

Seconds after arriving to the room I saw a gigantic waterbed in the room. The pictures posted on the website are very deceptive in that it looks relatively modern on the outside but it is a very old building. The furniture and carpet are from the '60s and everything else is outdated. The walls were paper thin because I could hear the conversation of people who were outside in the parking lot. For this pleasure, I paid $178 for one night.

outside needs some tlc and also the wyndham in charles west va has alot more food in the morning like bacon and eggs and biscuit and gravy the staff was great check in and check out eas great

Rooms are filthy!! Bed was made without changing of sheets. Refrigerator was full of food for previous renter. Pillow case dirty(YUCK) teenagers loitering in lobby shirtless..trash can directly outside doors filled over capacity. Lobby being cleaned with a towel for a mop head...hotel bus driver old and rude. Elevators are dirty and HOT as the whole general space of hotel is! Shrubbery outside hotel not treated for mosquitoes hot bit 20 times in 3 minutes when I got out my car! Wish I would have knew better ratings I read did not accurately describe this dump..!! The supposed manager after much debate offered a 15% discount BS!! They need a total redo of this entire place ASAP!!
