This was an absolute terrible place to stay. It was dirty and needed cleaning really bad. My wife dropped her glasses in the floor and under the bed was a rotten apple. We told manager on duty about this and was basically ignored. Will not ever stay here again and also suggest that whoever reads this review please be live that it was terrible.
I helped a friend who was desperate for a place move her stuff in for a week stay. I used the bathroom upon arrival. Spider webs in corners and strings from clothes and hair across the floor. Smell of old carpet and window next to the door smeared. Puddle of water outside the door.
Smelly and dirty room. WIFI and TV defective, cigarette burns all over,no maintenance at all. Pest problems. A nightmare. STAY AWAY! This is my experience: I arrived to a stinky lobby i felt like a not-so-safe neighborhood. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, it was supposed to be non-smoking. I found a dirty panty, the blankets looked old and thin with cigarette burns. Noisy A/C and the door lock does not work properly. STAY AWAY!
HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! NO MAID SERVICE, DRUGS, PROSTITUTES, RANDOM PEOPLE KNOCKING ON MY DOOR, SINK STOPPED UP. I could go on and on. Its a horrible place to stay. There are better places right around the corner. Do yourself a favor and keep riding past this place. Independence Blvd. Is right around the corner. There are nice places there.
Came from out of town for work and found what looked like a nice hotel from the pictures. Far from it trip advisor should be ashamed to list this hotel at all..Checked in 10 minutes checked out..no way..drug area Anonymous
I have never written a bad review until today. I honestly believe this place should be shut down as a motel. It is more a weekly rental apartment not a motel. The room smelled so bad after an hour and a half I had to leave because I became phi ally sick from the smell. I ended up driving two hours to stay at my ex husbands house. That's how bad it was. I wish I could get a refund because it was so bad. I travel a lot and stay at low cost places half of the time and never have had a bad experience. This is my first. And the positive reviews are obviously from employees or owners. I can't believe it's actually on tripadviser.
Reserved a room 4month in advance through Expedia. Book now, pay later. They charged my card $0.01 at 1pm day of check in. When I arrived at 3:30pm to check in, I was told the reservation was canceled because my card was declined. which it wasn't. They wouldn't honor the rooms or the price. Took over 1.5 hours on the phone with Expedia to resolve the issue.
This is a good price hotel with good service and helpgul people its ina good area next to good stores. They give you what you need whenever you need.i recommend this hotel to any person,couple,or family.this is a good place
This hotel helps you with anything you need every problem they help you and there very nice and friendly people rooms are clean and they have things you need i recomend this place to any one ive come here many of times and ive never had 1 issue.Come here anytime.
The front desk staff were very helpful, but the door lock was broken and I couldn't get in to the room. The maintenance person was not helpful in fixing it. The hotel is in a very convenient location.
