Extended stay is ALWAYS GREAT TO ME! Very comfy place to stay
The room size was good. No cleaning service, no elevator and sofa beds in two of the rooms we rented were terrible.
When I got there on Monday evening, I found attendant discussing her stuff with someone on phone. I didn’t mind that but then she just gave me sign of a minute and kept on talking. After about 5 minutes of that, she again waved at me asking me to wait further and went inside. Then she didn’t show up for 20 minutes. Those minutes hurt. I was up at 2 in the morning, took flight to CLT, attended office work, and then I had to wait for half an hour for simple check in. Afterwards, I asked for utensils. Her response was naah don’t have them. She said she has some pans and she can give me that. I asked should I come back in 10 mins, she responded more like an hour. It was atrocious. If you can’t provide utensils then please don’t advertise them. On Thursday night I felt that person next to my room was smoking. I came downstairs in the lobby area and that time the attendant Bob helped me. He was nice, but the lady there on 10th June evening was abrupt, unhelpful, and largely absent.
