Convenient location
Well..it was pretty grungy overall. Scratched up, old furniture, sloppy new interior paint job, the breakfast was skimpy but kept you from starving. But the the beds were soper comfortable. So if all you wanted was 8 hours of good sleep it'll work. It worked for me on the road just wanting a good night's sleep
Property was fine for the price and length of our stay. We only stayed a few hours to get some rest. Room could have been cleaner. You can tell it’s an older motel. Staff was friendly & there was free WiFi.
Lot noise outside people shouting very late. Sounded like having party outside.

So I booked the room because it had a pool. It was farther from the location we were going but it was decent price and we wanted a pool. But they told me after I had paid that the pool was closed both days we stayed which was very disappointing!! Also they had a breakfast from 5-9 and at 7 when we went down they were out of a lot of things and said they couldn’t refill because they didn’t have any more biscuits etc. overall experience was very disappointing would not refer to anyone!!!

The top cover had food on it, there was hair on the blanket. The bathroom smelled and had a discolored toilet. Breakfast was sparce and the garbage can lids in the breakfast area were disgusting with old crusted food. The rooms are remodeled with nice flooring. Wifi worked wonderfully.
The room were out dated. The bathrooms were dirty. The housekeeping was awful.
It was close to carowinds and it was cost effective
