Great hotel close to the lake! Game room and has a casino and great food options within the hotel.

The hotel was, well, messy. Soda bottles with cigarettes on furniture near the third floor elevators. Used towels and dirty glasses down by the beach in the mornings. Dirty lounge chairs near the lake. Smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lobby and non-smoking restaurants on the first floor. Not what I'd expect from this hotel.

I thought the location was great, close to good hiking and biking trails. I did not like how they seemed to want to charge you for everything on top of the price of the hotel; I wasn't surprised by this (I knew ahead of time), I just didn't like it. The reason I paid the high price for the hotel was because it was a resort, why do I have to pay a resort fee? The also charge you to park each day. What did they think I was going to do, walk up to the resort to stay the weekend? The restaurants and the hotel staff were exceptional.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Like the rustic Lodge decor.

Nice hotel but they didn’t have water heater at the morning we were about to check out. I called the front desk at 8am right after I found out the water was cold and the send an engineer and told us there was no boiler. They told it will be back soon in 30 mins. After an hour later I called them and they said another 30mins until it was past 11am already and just decided to check without showering. Because of this our plans got delayed. After checking out they offered us a place to shower which they could’ve done that in the beginning already instead of making us wait for more than 3hrs. I wasn’t happy on the outcome when I stayed here

Beautiful room, gorgeous view. Regency perks, awesome breakfast spread. Casino, really nice. Beautiful lake view, across the street-but right there. Easy drive to ski mount and area attractions.

The rooms are newly renovated and clean, very helpful and friendly staff, easy shuttle service to Diamond Peak ski resort. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff was excellent as is to be expected from a Hyatt. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Overall very positive experience.

We liked the hotel and recommend it to the family. The junior suite was great for us. The location of the hotel is good. There were some restaurants we can walk to nearby.

Great hotel right on the lake. Check in was fantastic (even received complementary champagne). The hotel is beautiful. Only removed one start as only elevator was in operation which made it quite slow. Overall, great stay!

great location, hotel, rooms, casino is small and fun...great hiking and running

Everything about our stay was excellent!! We will definitely return!!

Great hotel by the lake. Has a good beach and staff is welcoming.

awesome time! great resort! Staff was great our room was perfect

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall this is just an excellent hotel in every way possible. The staff here is super nice and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. They're also really knowledgeable about the area and things to do, where to eat etc. The room was really comfortable and hotel facilities were excellent.

We stayed here for two nights, so didn't have a chance to explore much, but the staff was very pleasant, everything clean and comfortable. The beds were fair...not the best I'd slept on, but far from the worst. The only dissatisfying component was a high-pitched squeaky noise coming from the A/C system.

Beautiful spot in Lake Tahoe, great water sports and food.

Nice hotel - not on water about 1/4 mile from beach Nice pool - crowded - lots of small kids - definitely not for couples Casino was nice, but don't play there - YOU WILL LOSE!

Hi there, and thank you so much for taking the time to bring this to our attention. The issues you described are completely unacceptable, and we'll connect with our housekeeping team right away to ensure this is never the case again. We'd like you to know that on future stays, you can always call the front desk and ask for a manager right away if you notice issues like this again. We pride ourselves on having a beautiful resort and truly apologize for your experience, but we hope you'll trust us when we say it's not reflective of our team as a whole. Again, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. If we have the honor of hosting you again, we know we'll be able to show you an experience reflective of our normal high standards.

Hi Sheila - We apologize profusely for the lack of water access in your room, but are happy we were able to offer an alternate place to shower and refresh. It seems as though we waited to long to offer an alternate plan, so on future stays, please let us know immediately if you're unable to wait or if our first suggestion to fix the problem isn't to your liking. It's no problem to do what we can to make our guests happy! Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to post an email address here, but if you'd like to be connected with a rooms manager to share more about what happened, just shoot us a note at the email address listed on the bottom of our official website. Direct feedback and suggestions are always helpful to us. We truly apologize that we didn't handle the situation to your liking, and hope to be able to improve our service for you in the future.
