Our flight was canceled. We called United support. I was on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes before a woman answered. She acknowledged our flight was canceled. She saw a leg of our trip, that was scheduled 4 days later, was international. That flight of the trip was not canceled. The tech support woman said "Oh your flight is international. I have to transfer you our international desk. Please hold..." click. I was saying "No wait!!" when she put be back on hold. 50 minutes of hold wait later, I hung up. BAD SERVICE UNITED. This makes me never want to fly United again.
