Needs deep cleaning and repairs. Staff shortage at outlets. Front Desk staff were nice. Rooms were just okay and not very bright and cleanly. Same for property. First room checked into had broken lock on slider door and safety pin was missing altogether. You could visibly see repairs were tried and unsuccessful. Room was changed, quickly and with a smile by FD team. This ladies were good. F&B Outlets appear to be lacking staff members and not trained appropriately for when they leave their stations. Perhaps a sign of when they will be back? Instead of just leaving unattended, open reception? Waited about 20 minute or more for Starbucks coffee. Ended up going through kitchen, to machine and serving myself and another guest waiting. Also, Sat myself for breakfast. No one was at podium for about 10 minutes. Sorry…Don’t think I’ll be back.

Staff was very professional and nice. The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower wall. And dirty corners. Bed had bits of I don’t know what on it. Need to work on cleanliness. I know it’s a hotel for people going to the airport but it still needs to be clean. Didn’t feel clean upon entering. Chouchip cookies were great tho!

Upon our arrival my young daughter and myself waited over an hour for the shuttle. I called the hotel and the front desk staff had to call the driver. I was then told the shuttle would arrive within 10 minutes but NO we waited another 30 minutes just to be turned away again because by the time the shuttle arrived there was over 20 other passengers waiting. So my hungry and tired daughter and myself had to wait another 30 minutes for it to return. I was BEYOND irritated! After the shuttle issue the rest of our stay was not bad.

Our day was fine for the one night, but I would not stay there several nights. Although it was comfortable, it could’ve been a little cleaner. You need to park at your own risk.As we were getting into my car, I noticed there were two cars missing their tires in one of them had a smashed window.

Shuttle drivers are rude and disrespectful don’t care to leave children out in the cold waiting for a ride. The cleaning staff stole my AirPods and the water pressure is almost non existent. The only good side to this hotel was Jim the bartender.

The hotel was close to the Newark airport. Shuttles run every half hour from EWR. The restaurant was sub standard and expensive. The breakfast buffet however was excellent and a decent value and staff were very nice. In general, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room wasn't clean, as if it was rushed. The room was Dusty, and the bathroom was not clean properly. The shuttle staff was rude to a point where we almost missed our train. Front desk was good.
