I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights and had a very disappointing experience. On our second night, I requested housekeeping. I spoke with a staff member who was cleaning rooms near ours, but she was rude and ignored my request. I then asked another staff member assisting her, who told me I had to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and was told someone would be sent to clean the room. When we returned later, the beds were left unmade and the room looked worse than when we left. It appeared that housekeeping started but never finished. I went back to the front desk, and the only response I received was a simple “sorry,” with no solution offered. In addition to this, the hotel does not include complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is available, but it costs $24 per person. I was also charged $33 per night for parking. Over three nights, I paid more than $700, yet received no housekeeping service, no included breakfast, and had to pay extra for parking. The beds are extremely small—my wife and I could barely fit comfortably. There is no microwave in the room, which makes it inconvenient for families. The hotel is also far from restaurants and grocery stores, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, customer service was poor, and the value does not match the price. This hotel may be acceptable for a single night, but I do not recommend it for families or longer stays. Given the experience, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate.

My check in was horrible. The two ladies at the front desk had a bad attitude, they treated me like garbage and tried to overcharge me. They offered other customers from my group early check in and when I ask if I can check in also they wanted to change me $100 dollars extra to check me in. At night I went to the restaurant bar to have a few beers and one of the guys from the restaurant told me he had no control over where people sit so he had no interest in helping us. Too many employees working there that don’t want to be there to help customers they just wanna get paid and do nothing. Also my bathroom door in my room was falling apart and was hard to close for privacy

Airport shuttle was horrible and it was delayed. It's not the driver's fault but the hotel is trying to save some money by only having one driver after 10pm. Given the size of this hotel, it is simply not enough.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel was overall great, but the rooms definitely need some renovations. There was much less parking than what was needed. There should also be a part of the lot meant for people commuting to and from the airport, and part specifically for the hotel guests.
