I really Enjoyed My stay, wish the pool was operating

The hotel is about 1hr to New York. I bought the fight and hotel package, the room I got was close to the party dining tables, was a little bit noisy , the free wifi is really really really slow

Nice hotel but sounds can sometimes be heard through the door which can be annoying. Luckily, had minor noise coming in. Otherwise, great hotel

The hotel was situated out in no mans land, there was not really any services or restaurants for miles. The food that was offered by the hotel was very average and overpriced.

Shuttle service was excellent and did not have to spend to much time checking in.

Property is convenient to EWR with free shuttle service every 15 minutes. Room was clean and neat. Walls are thin. Had some difficulties with loud, ghetto type guests disturbing the evening. Sketchy clientele, e.g. some guests walk around with sagging pants that expose their underwear. Restaurant offers good selection of items for breakfast and lunch but closes for the evening so you have to go out for dinner. Some crazy hip hop convention seemed to be taking place that weekend. Disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel, primarily because of its hood ambiance and low life clientele.

Overall, the hotel is not that bad. The problem we encountered was that it was at least three rooms the hotel staff was working on (possibly renovation) since day one. We stayed for 5 days and it was the same everyday. Even later than 11PM, we could always hear them working. It almost sounded like it was their hangout room in the mornings and at nights. We called reception a few times, and it sort of worked, but not much. They said they needed to continue working and they would stop soon. Almost everyday they stopped after midnight. Our seminar was long and all we wanted to do was to sleep after been out all day.

We only slept in the hotel, most of the time outside.

Accommodated a very late booking due to late flight arrival

The hotel lobby is very open in space which is great. The room was clean but was smell.

Was only going to stay one night but ended up staying two. Clean hotel good staff. I would recommend not having the headboards back to back for there rooms not so fun when the room next to you keeps you up all night with it hitting the wall you share.

Nice clean hotel good price great shuttle service to the hotel and also back from the Newark airport. As always you get your warm cookie at check in they also have apples if you try to be healthy I got both.

hotel was fine. bathroom wasnt totally to my satisfaction. Had to call from desk four times from 11 am till 4 pm to get clean towels. food was great at resturant

Hotel very nice but I didn't know that you pay for local calls wish there were a microwave in the room and the hotel restaurant was a little pricey but all in all would go back and stay

Being Hilton gold doesn't mean anything when you book your room on Orbitz

There was mold in between the shower tiles. The bathroom (in general) is not arranged comfortably (to wash your hands, you have to stand in between the toilet & the sink so be careful not to trip). The shower-head sprayed water everywhere. The balcony door wouldn't open. The general store is full of Chinese-made crap that you can buy on the street for 50% less. Personnel are not friendly. I will try the regular Hilton if I ever visit Newark again.

When we got to the room, you could smell a chemical smell. I should have requested a different room, but we were real tired. Things improved when I opened up all the windows and then went to dinner. When we got back it was ok .As for the room: the handles on the sink leaked, once I turned on the shower, the water came out at an high rate that the water splashed all over the floor, the room was freezing and I tried turn up the themnerature, tghe unit would not respond. I finally just turned it off. the room was very noisy.

Staff was great as always enjoyed my cookie and Free water they provided.

last minute bookings after arrival from Caio via Paris. decided to rest before taking a two hour drive to PA.

Parking fees was $18.40 and room price was $84. Room was very comfortable and clean.
