Needs deep cleaning and repairs. Staff shortage at outlets. Front Desk staff were nice. Rooms were just okay and not very bright and cleanly. Same for property. First room checked into had broken lock on slider door and safety pin was missing altogether. You could visibly see repairs were tried and unsuccessful. Room was changed, quickly and with a smile by FD team. This ladies were good. F&B Outlets appear to be lacking staff members and not trained appropriately for when they leave their stations. Perhaps a sign of when they will be back? Instead of just leaving unattended, open reception? Waited about 20 minute or more for Starbucks coffee. Ended up going through kitchen, to machine and serving myself and another guest waiting. Also, Sat myself for breakfast. No one was at podium for about 10 minutes. Sorry…Don’t think I’ll be back.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights and had a very disappointing experience. On our second night, I requested housekeeping. I spoke with a staff member who was cleaning rooms near ours, but she was rude and ignored my request. I then asked another staff member assisting her, who told me I had to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and was told someone would be sent to clean the room. When we returned later, the beds were left unmade and the room looked worse than when we left. It appeared that housekeeping started but never finished. I went back to the front desk, and the only response I received was a simple “sorry,” with no solution offered. In addition to this, the hotel does not include complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is available, but it costs $24 per person. I was also charged $33 per night for parking. Over three nights, I paid more than $700, yet received no housekeeping service, no included breakfast, and had to pay extra for parking. The beds are extremely small—my wife and I could barely fit comfortably. There is no microwave in the room, which makes it inconvenient for families. The hotel is also far from restaurants and grocery stores, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, customer service was poor, and the value does not match the price. This hotel may be acceptable for a single night, but I do not recommend it for families or longer stays. Given the experience, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate.

My check in was horrible. The two ladies at the front desk had a bad attitude, they treated me like garbage and tried to overcharge me. They offered other customers from my group early check in and when I ask if I can check in also they wanted to change me $100 dollars extra to check me in. At night I went to the restaurant bar to have a few beers and one of the guys from the restaurant told me he had no control over where people sit so he had no interest in helping us. Too many employees working there that don’t want to be there to help customers they just wanna get paid and do nothing. Also my bathroom door in my room was falling apart and was hard to close for privacy

This has genuinely been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that no one seemed informed or prepared to handle basic issues. I originally booked a king suite but was assigned a room with double beds — which I was willing to overlook — but the real problem was that the room didn’t have suite access at all. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer, so I had to go back downstairs just to report the issue. Even then, the front desk wasn’t able to help. Because I was pressed for time, I was told to return in an hour so they could correct the issue. When I came back almost two hours later, nothing had been resolved. The associate who promised to escalate the situation had already left for the day and hadn’t passed any information to a supervisor. I was forced to start the entire process over with a new employee, losing another 45 to 55 minutes just trying to get a room I had already paid for. To make things worse, I was later told that the room I had originally been assigned hadn’t had suite access for months. On top of that, we had to move all of our bags to a new room ourselves because no assistance was provided. The delays and disorganization completely derailed a child’s birthday celebration and caused us to miss pool access — a major reason we booked this hotel in the first place. And as if that wasn’t enough, we couldn’t even get extra towels or blankets during our stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience

The front desk staff is amazing. We stayed two nights on a very busy weekend. The front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly professional. The grounds were super nice. I guess that’s why they call it the garden state.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel never showed, there were several of us waiting for it and ended up calling an Uber, the room and bathroom were not in its best conditions. Booked a 2 beds room and was given a one bed instead. Staff was nice

Pegamos esse hotel por ser perto do aeroporto Newark. Para ser um hotel de quatro estrelas, deixou a desejar. Ao chegar com a van gratuita do aeroporto, demoramos mais de uma hora na fila do check in. Poucos atendentes e demora muito o check in (sem entender o motivo pois a maioria dos hotéis você faz em 5 minutos). O quarto é muito bom mas no banheiro não tem secador (o que é estranho um hotel desse porte não oferecer o mínimo). De manhã teve um grupo bem barulhento tendo algum evento e foi bem ruim. Ecoava pelo hotel inteiro. Esperamos a van no hall e o barulho estava impossível. Queríamos pegar um café para ir ao aeroporto porém as DUAS máquinas do bar estavam quebradas. Ou era má vontade do atendente…

Airport shuttle was horrible and it was delayed. It's not the driver's fault but the hotel is trying to save some money by only having one driver after 10pm. Given the size of this hotel, it is simply not enough.
