Always clean

Rufe / unfriendly staff, from te receptionist to cleaning clerk. Very disappointing for Hilton brand.

Hotel did not look like 4 star. Paint was chipped and pealing from various locations. I paid extra for a balcony room that was simply an opening to the hotel lobby. Bathroom was tiny, had to close the door to get into the shower. AC in room only blew at one mode which was extremely low. Parking on both nights was unavailable. Had to find parking other than a parking space. Lastly, they have a $75 hold/deposit PER NIGHT. Would not stay here again. Not worth the cost.

One restaurant. $17 pancakes. No stores nearby cannot walk anywhere.

Horrible staff and property is old that you can hear everything, friday night they have some kind of party at conference room which is normal but until 0230 am it was so loud that my kids and wife and me stays up because of noise. i was at eight floor i should not hear anything but really different experience with Hilton this time. We usually like the double tree cookie and everything you go they to het one they are out. i should listen to the previous review and stay out of the hotel and top of that they charge 35 dollars each night for patking , my worst mistake ever

No towels on bathroom. Wow. No room service. Used my cell phone to call the lobby. No one oick the call from the room. This one is for Orbitz, they said there was no reservation made on system. Don't know how because I even got an email from them. You should follow-up on this. Waited 20 minutes to finally get the room.

No complementary breakfast, and restaurant pricing was extremely overpriced.

Super busy shelter (homeless/displaced) hotel with dirty hallways and broken elevators.

The room was clean.

It was very disappointing as the bedsheets were not clean and the coach was dirty.

They were very accommodating and friendly.

LOVE the ability to stay close to airport and park. do NOT Love the surroundings.

Room stunk of smoke either cigarets or cans is. Bathroom was not clean. No dinning except fast food.
