First, we were given a room that already had another guest staying in it. We waited in line twice before knocking on the door and realizing this. Then, we were made to wait 45 minutes and nearly miss our concert before we were finally given the room. The staff seemed disinterested to help. There were very little amenities, including no towels in our room to be able to shower. I expected far more given the rating of this place on booking apps. I am not usually one to leave a negative review but this stay had truly ruined what was meant to be an exciting trip and was a waste of money.

Does not live up to the “Hilton” standard. Lobby is beautiful but rooms look like a motel. Shuttle service driver was extremely rude and skipped my terminal stop. Front desk associates completely ignored me when I asked a question to them, they didn’t even look at me to acknowledge me. I would rate them a 0 star rating if I could. Will never stay at another Hilton Hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would describe the experience as average overall. The staff were definitely a highlight of the stay — they were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I had a question. That made a positive first impression and was probably the best part of the experience. As for the room itself, it was fairly clean, but not spotless. The carpet had some visible stains, and the overall condition of the room wasn’t great. The walls were a bit banged up, and the space just didn’t feel very neat or well-maintained. It wasn’t terrible, but it also didn’t give that fresh, comfortable hotel feeling you hope for. The room was also on the smaller side, which made it feel a little cramped. Another downside was the heating. It didn’t work very well, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The TV setup was pretty basic — just wired cable with no smart TV options like Netflix or Hulu, which was a bit disappointing if you’re used to streaming in hotels. Overall, the stay was okay, but nothing to write home about. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t one I’d be especially excited to repeat.
