Wasnt crazy about how far back our seats were
Pilot did great job in bad weather flight attendants great
WiFi was nonexistent even though we were supposed to have it.
Cindy Charles at the gate made sure we had comfortable seats together, was very personable remembering our names as we boarded.
Actually civilized unlike United. Checked in online, seat assigned when I checked in. Got an E-boarding pass. Smooth, smooth, smooth.
Nothing bad, nothing special. Just a safe trip to NYC which in the end is all that matters
Disliked that seats were smaller and my TV unit was not operating properly because I could not change the channels
$25 per check bag is too much. Most airline offer 1st bag free. Please look in to i
Flight attendants were very nice and friendly
