Friendly stewards

Sep 23, 2019

I was not able to check in on line because my daughter’s birthday would not save on line. I entered and saved the date numerous times over several days and it would not update. This was on the American airlines website.

Aug 25, 2019

The people sitting next to me were normal size so I got all the seat I paid for. My last flight my fare was stolen from me as I has to share my seat I paid for with another passenger. I did not want to embarrass the man but next time I will ask the stewardess to move the person that can't fit in their seat.
