Flights Review

Mar 17, 2020

Paid extra for 1st Class and it was wonderful. Delta and its employees were GREAT..

Mar 16, 2020

I only do not understand why Orbitz charged to change a flight in times of Corona virus, when the airlines didn’t charme. I hope there iscam explanation. If not, shame on Orbitz.

Mar 15, 2020

Our checked bag was not tagged correctly for our entire flight and we had to pay an additional bag fee for the second leg. That shouldn't have occurred. :(

Mar 15, 2020

Disappointed that there was no in-flight entertainment so people were getting the United app at the last minute while on the plane. It would’ve helped to be notified before boarding.

Mar 15, 2020

The SAS team has very professionally handled the chaos and confusion caused by the travel ban. The staff has been very patient and accommodating. The waiting time at the customer service phone has been very long, but at the end the phone customer service was not needed - all info was online, and I got my info and rebooking via text message.

Mar 14, 2020

Super friendly pilots.

Mar 14, 2020

Fees for bags are not competitive and your airplane seats are the worse in the market. So uncomfortable. Two reasons I will not buy air fares from you guys, bag fees and seating sucks.

Mar 14, 2020

No food on 6 hour flight
