Wanted a romantic getaway with my man but nothing was working. The elevator and escalator didn't work. The food selection was extremely limited. The room was need to be renovated and the room TV did not work. I reserved a king sized bed ended up with two queen sized beds. Hotel was trash I would never go back!

Hotel was very Entertaining. Nice set up for fun.great for adults

The Hotel is Great, Hotel Staff was Good, Restaurants food and servicing needs work. For the prices you expect top notch service and food but was not the case. However would stay here again, just maybe get out to eat more.

Everything was pleasant in our weekend stay at Harrah's this past weekend. No complaints at all about the hotel except for no free WIFI the breakfast buffet--which, upon waiting on the line for 20 minutes, we were told is $75 for 2 people. Oh yea and that didn't include the crab legs. Now I'm not cheap by any means, but how exactly can you justify that much for eggs, french toast, oj, coffee etc? If it were a buffet with filet mignon, lobster tails, champagne then sure. So yea that's the only part about my experience at Harrah's that's really sticking in my mind. The Waterfront tower rooms are nice, clean and spacious with bathrooms that are well laid out and a good number of towels. Things were a little loud at around 2-4am in the hallways with the pool party kiddies coming back to their rooms, but that's to be expected if you're staying in a basic room at a venue like Harrah's. There was also a cheerleading competition in Atlantic City this weekend, so it didn't help that those little brats were waking up at around 7am. That was more annoying than the party-goers. As for the gambling, I did notice that there were many more used cups and discarded limes were sitting in the cupholders at the roulette tables than you'd see at higher-end locations such as the Borgata. It was a little dirty with that and cigarette ash all over. Also, why they decided to suddenly change a table with $15 min bet with $1 chips to $15 min bet with $5 chips is a little ridiculous, but whatever.

I was unable to get the room that I reserved which was a single room with a king size bed. I got a double room which had no room number outside of the door. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the light in the shower didn't work, the shower also leaked onto the floor as I used it.

Amazing rooms. They are big, spacious, clean, modern.

We came down for a quick two day vacation and stayed two nights at Harrah's. We planned to spend the full day at the Pool and rented a private cabana for the day. Unfortunately, there was a very loud, obnoxious group of patrons in a hot tub close by who got overly intoxicated and were playing a radio, singing loudly, and yelling vulgar and obscene things at one another for most of the day. When we complained to the management at the desk the young man behind the desk was flippant and did nothing to quiet the group which was basically disturbing all the guests in the pool area. We eventually had to leave and couldn't stay to enjoy our rental because we could not even hear the television that was in our cabana even though it was turned up to maximum volume. The experience was less than relaxing and was very disappointing. We booked a room in the Waterfront Tower, expecting it would be the best accommodations in the hotel. Of the 5 elevators that service our floor, only 2 were working. This led to long lines and crowded elevators which was not pleasant or convenient. We won;t be going back to Harrah's anytime soon.

We were happy that we stayed here. Clean room and friendly staff. The pool and around is fantastic the only thing it seemed to us a little smaller, or maybe overpopulated during our stay. And it could've been better if the pool was open till midnight. Anyways, overall it was great. Thanks.

I stayed here for 2 days with my husband and 3 months old baby. My room was not cleaned properly by housekeeping. I found left over shampoo and soap in the bathroom and a red nail and a lot of body hair in my sheets..I called the front desk at to send someone and they changed it. When I went to the front desk and complaint about this issue, they told me they can only give me $30 dollar credit for the trouble and that a house keeping supervisor was going to talk to me but no one ever showed up to my room nor call me or left a note in my room. It am very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service. If you are looking for clean rooms, don't come here.

Our room had mold in the bathroom which I hope we don’t get sick from. The carpet was disgusting. Also, it was suppose to be none smoking and it stunk like cigarettes.

My hotel was great and I love going to AC, my problem was with Orbits, I will never do 3rd party booking. The reservation did not come through Harrahs computers and Orbits was not helpful with working with the receptionist. Luckily for me the Harrahs receptionist went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Thank you to Cailyn from Harrahs.

I had an awesome time at this hotel--- I will come back again. .. Food was a little bit expensive, especially the buffet

A typical casino hotel. Big and clean, the pool and hot tubs are nice. But there is nothing to do outside the hotel, except watching the inlet or fishing. You have to drive to the boardwalk, where has nice beach and playing places, stores and many restaurants by the beach.

Shower did not work correctly. Bed was uncomfortable, no information about the resort itself.

Everything was great at the Waterfront tower. My main issue is that cell phone reception was terrible from room and paying for Internet access was too expensive.

The first things that came to mind when walking in the lobby was outdated, dingy, smokey and run down. The front desk was nice but after getting off the elevator up onto our nonsmoking floor we realized we are in for a smelly treat. The carpets, funky..the hallway, musty..the room, old towel smell. Decor, old and mismatched. Everything needs to be replaced including all fixtures. Plus the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the shower doesn't drain and the TV sucks. For what we paid for a Friday and Saturday night 485 and what we got, I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone . HARRAHS NEEDS A FACELIFT

The hotel was great. Staff was good. Alot of choices in food a d entertainment.

Renovated King room was amazing and for a great price.

I like the hotel but the charge me $100 for hotel fee instead of $54

Clean! Great food options! Accommodating staff! Nice view!
