People mainly go to Harrah for the pool. N the pool was only open on certain days. I just feel like the hotel is using Covid19 as an excuse to give bad service for the same price.

Nothing to complain about except that the pool was closed indefinitely and there was no mention of that anywhere before I booked..

They don’t give any notice to their guests that the pool will be closed.We were expecting to use the pool at least once they will display a “pool is closed” sign the night before it will actually close..until you actually go to the pool site (Which is a very long walk) and find it out for yourselfNobody answers the phone when we called to know about pool hours.

Very disappointed that their website states the pool is open, but they are not specific as to who is open for. It's only 21 and over; the "FAMILY POOL" is not open! I specifically booked this hotel because I was traveling with a 3 yr old; had I known their pool was closed I would have stayed somewhere else.

Loved it the hotel was great. Our room was nice and clean and newly renovated.

Terrible stay I demand a refund dirty hotel noisey

Bed wasn’t a king. We paid $100 dollars for access to bed at the pool. Its usually $100 but during corona the rules were changed. You had only 15 minutes to get to the pool once you were called, which left you no time to grab food. You could not leave the pool and get back inside unless you purchased a cabana or bed. The only option for drinks was the bar which didn’t open until 11 am. I just didn’t feel that things were properly thought out.

I love the convenience of the parking area. The bed was very comfortable.

No service. Pay for parking. No where near the beach. Poor service.
