I always choose Harrahs casino resort because is quiet and pretty safe , rooms are fantastic i never had any problem with the cleanliness . Maybe the view on Coastal area is not the prettiest but i don’t stay in the room only to sleep
When I checked into my room, I immediately noticed crumbs and roaches near the crumbs in the room. The fact that there was a pile of crumbs leads me to believe the room was not cleaned properly. When I asked for a room change I was assigned a room next door - I was not comfortable being next to a room where I had witnessed roaches and I was told no other rooms where available at any of the casino towers. I advised I would take two queen beds instead of the king and I was told there were none. I was met with attitude and hostility the enter encounter with the manager. I asked for a refund and was told no problem and I left.

When I did the self check in it gave me a handicap room with 1 bed so I had to go back down stand in line to get the room I originally booked for 2 beds. In the process of going back in forth to the front desk I missed the pool because the pool closed at 5:00. That was the only reason I stayed at Harris was to go to the pool. Needless to say I was very disappointed because you can't even check into the hotel until 5:00. Than when I get to the room they had no bags for the ice I had to find house keeping than the next morning they had coffee with no surgery or creamer I had to go find house keeping again.
My check-in experience was very nice, as I was assisted by a pleasant woman named Shavon! Ate at Gordon Ramsey's restaurant with an awesome waiter named Dennis. Ended the night at Harrah's by the Pool with Bryon and Fitzbert! (apologies to any staff if I spelled your name wrong!)
Once got to the hotel to check in they gave me a paper saying run the water cause it was brown , they could have told me that way before or sent a email , took hours for the water to look clear ..

Cons- My first night there with my mom the bathroom sink backed up and exploded. The Sunday there the cleaning service never came to my room and cleaned. I wish I could have attached the photos to this review. Pro- The food was overpriced but tasted decent. The Spa was nice and clean and had great prices. The massages were great and so were the nail techs.

It is never easy reading how we did not live up to expectations, but we do appreciate the time you have taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all who come.
