Check in was difficult, getting the bags from the parking garage was not easy. I think they deal with such a large volume of people they have lost the ability to make the experience at staying at the hotel live up to the glamor of the casino. The room was pretty but the sheets had holes in them and there was no plug in the bathtub. Could of used more information when checking in about the hotel and what to expect or at least a pamphlet about the amenities. Was given nothing except coupons and there was nothing in the room about the hotel except a menu for Ordering room service. Even the hotel info on the tv did not give much info. Was going to stay an additional night but decided against it after this experience.

The hotel is filthy and smells disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and ready to come crashing down. I will never stay there again.

Hotel smells like a dirty ash tray the second you walk through the door. Upon check in I did not receive the room that I had booked. Hotel indicated that they can not guarantee a room past 8PM even though I called to indicate a late check in. Air conditioning did not work in my room and the room smelled musty, they wouldn't relocate me so we had to wait on maintenance to fix it. The room was dirty and obviously was not vacuumed or cleaned properly. The adjoining room had guests that were VERY noisy. From 1:00AM to 3 AM they kept slamming doors and knocking on the connecting room door and kept trying to open it. I called the front desk twice before contacting security to have someone come up and correct it. When checking out the next morning valet took over 30 mins to get my rental car because they only had one valet driver. It caused em to miss my flight at the airport. I had to pay to get a different flight to another city and hire a car service to get to my final destination. During every issue incurred during my stay, the hotel staff was rude and offered very little customer service to correct the issues. I will not be going back to this hotel EVER.

Although we booked a room (at an additional cost) with two queen beds, we were placed in a room on the pet floor with tired decor and a single king sized bed. We were offered food/drink credit (at a casino where the drinks are free anyways provided you're gambling) as compensation for their incompetence.

I usually go to Borgata only but after staying in the Bayview tower (alien would have gotten me sold) but the oookm with the some?!!! It's beautiful. It's literally a 2 hour mini-Miami getaway from Staten Island, NYC. and I have hsd good luck both nights I went to play craps!! I'm going here from now on!!!

Went with the family thinking the pool was for all, but only for adults. Not really a good hotel for kids. All they have is a small arcade. Casino floors are still smelling like boxes of ciggarettes, but hey its Atlantic City.

Good hotel not great but overall reasonably priced and good amenities. Checking in involves an extremely long wait. Rooms in the harbor tower were dated but clean and large. Pool was nice and a good amount of restaurants with various price points available.

Good experience the place was pretty clean and pool looked very new and cool. Casino floor was decent.

The hotel was nice, room was nice, but smelled like cigarettes even though I asked for a non smoking room. I loved the pool.

Found out after arrival that the pool has been closed since early January and will open middle march. Looked in there and seems like not much had improved guessing then don't want to run it when hotel is in off season Even the pool in the harbor tower was emptied No shows,but because it was a holiday weekend everything cost more Self parking 20.00 a day even if you were a guest staying at hotel Last time for me

This hotel is great. There are a lot of things to do here so that you don't even have to leave the hotel to have a good time if you've don't want to. The room I stayed in which was a renovated bayview was fantastic. It was extremely clean and modern and all of the furniture was nice. The bathroom was amazing. If you go here, you must stay in a room like this. However, I had friends that weren't in the renovated bayview rooms and I didn't even want to sit on the furniture or the outdated looking wooden bed frames.

I have stayed at Harrahs many times before and never really had much of an issue or concern but my stay a night ago was horrible! I was woken up to drilling and hammering at 7AM! When I called front desk to ask why I was woken up to drilling and hammering on the room above us the rep on the phone simply told me that there is nothing they can do as the contractors are scheduled to work when they do. I could not believe a simple request as please tell them to work on renovations at a later time was not enough when I was looking forward to getting away from my work life and sleeping in for once. I have never been treated so poorly from a hotel that I have wasted my time in booking. I will definitely not be returning to Harrahs if this is how guest will be treated!

Unless your staying in a suite, this hotel is not worth the money

Everything was great. My room came with free internet package and a $20 food credit. Would go back with that deal!

Our overall experience with staying at Harrah's was very good. What was a little disheartening was the fact that one of the main reasons we stayed there was to relax at the pool / hot-tub area in the morning. When we checked in we were not told about the pool by the staff. When I asked what time the pool opened that's when we were advised that the pool was closed for renovations. They did tell us that we were offered a shuttle to Bally's to use their pool. I asked if I could drive to Bally's myself instead of taking the shuttle since that seemed a little like rushing around too much since check out was at 12noon. They said we could and we could get a voucher so we wouldn't have to pay for parking at Bally's. All that sounded Great! The next day we were checking out and I wanted to be reassured that we could use the pool at Bally's and the parking agreement with the hotel attendant at the front desk and she proceeded to tell us that we could only use the pool at Bally's while staying at the hotel and once we checked out of Harrah's we did not have privileges to go there!!! This was not what was told to us when we checked in and I believe we were conned into thinking we could use the other pool!! How on earth would we have been able to get a shuttle from Harrah's to Bally's, relax & swim for a while then dry off, change and get a shuttle back to Harrah's all within the timeframe of checking out at noon!!!! I feel we were bamboozled!!!!!

Overall Hotel needs to be remodeled bed was worn out Linens need to be replaced

disappointing

worst night stay ever - ever!!!

good for a one nighter..

Went with the family thinking the pool was for all, but only for adults. Not really a good hotel for kids. All they have is a small arcade. Casino floors are still smelling like boxes of ciggarettes, but hey its Atlantic City.
