Renovated King room was amazing and for a great price.

I like the hotel but the charge me $100 for hotel fee instead of $54

Clean! Great food options! Accommodating staff! Nice view!

would not recommend non renovated Harborview wing.but new wing BayView is a go! rooms are clean. but out dated. Ok and good deal at $53 a night on Orbitz for 1 or 2 nights to sleep at.

I paid for a new room but got an old one. The halls where a wreck and stains all over. There looked like there was dry seamen on the bed covering. It’s become run down and gross

Run down, rooms need updating. Stood in line to check in for 45 minutes and was surrounded by dogs. Yes dogs. Very disappointed

Not kid friendly... internet service sucked. Regular rooms are very out dated and dirty. I had to pay an extra 160 for the upgraded room. Would stay again but only for a one night thing without kids...rather go to Tropicana

Everything was very nice, room was very clean and comfortable I would make a return visit.

I rarely gamble. Learned two new card games because the dealers were patient and nice. Thanks!

Broken door ledge previously smoked room instead of non smoking very very poor bathroom under maintained elevator horrible odors on casino floor..

I love the hotel and room. The room was clean. I got a good view. Most importantly my bed was extra soft. I would definitely come back there again.

Room filthy - had not even been vacuumed (dirt on floor and trash on floor under desk) . Complained to front desk staff and manager (Jen) completely indifferent and refused to switch room - said she would send housekeeping and never did. Furniture was worn and bad condition too, mold/mildew in shower, etc. Very poor - would have been better off at 50/night budget motel.

Mold around bathroom tub; smoke smell throughout........

Rooms were dirty. We paid this funny resort fee which makes little sense The keys constantly stop working. - 5 times in 3 nights. But the worse part is we have to wait in the registration line which would take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20+. Then we were put in the older side of the hotel and paid nearly double compared to people that were staying in the newer (cleaner side) - many people. Two people from the event booked 2 hours before paid half and got to stay in the marina side.. Would not go there again. I rarely write reviews.

Horrible smell in the room of vomit and smoke combined even though it was a nonsmoking room !!! Very upset

Harrah's has always been a resort in AC that we can go to for a weekend getaway or to celebrate a special occassion. Our trip this weekend was terrible. I booked a suite weeks in advance and specifically a non smoking room. Guess what? They gave me a smoking room. Customer service was no help and told me to wait in the smoking room until another suite is available. When I went to the front desk I was given another suite but wasn't a corner one like I originally had. When I got to the room the toilet was running. I kid you not, an hour and half later someone came up to fix it. The next morning I called for extra towels. They never came. Bottom line, I probably will not be staying in harrah's anymore and will opt for a better hotel, (borgata)

Check in was difficult, getting the bags from the parking garage was not easy. I think they deal with such a large volume of people they have lost the ability to make the experience at staying at the hotel live up to the glamor of the casino. The room was pretty but the sheets had holes in them and there was no plug in the bathtub. Could of used more information when checking in about the hotel and what to expect or at least a pamphlet about the amenities. Was given nothing except coupons and there was nothing in the room about the hotel except a menu for Ordering room service. Even the hotel info on the tv did not give much info. Was going to stay an additional night but decided against it after this experience.

The hotel is filthy and smells disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and ready to come crashing down. I will never stay there again.

Hotel smells like a dirty ash tray the second you walk through the door. Upon check in I did not receive the room that I had booked. Hotel indicated that they can not guarantee a room past 8PM even though I called to indicate a late check in. Air conditioning did not work in my room and the room smelled musty, they wouldn't relocate me so we had to wait on maintenance to fix it. The room was dirty and obviously was not vacuumed or cleaned properly. The adjoining room had guests that were VERY noisy. From 1:00AM to 3 AM they kept slamming doors and knocking on the connecting room door and kept trying to open it. I called the front desk twice before contacting security to have someone come up and correct it. When checking out the next morning valet took over 30 mins to get my rental car because they only had one valet driver. It caused em to miss my flight at the airport. I had to pay to get a different flight to another city and hire a car service to get to my final destination. During every issue incurred during my stay, the hotel staff was rude and offered very little customer service to correct the issues. I will not be going back to this hotel EVER.

I will be going back to stay! Loved it! Thhank you for a great experience!
