The hot water in my room came and went. The light was out. The phone didn’t work. I requested late check out at the front desk which was confirmed. The next day a staff kept knocking on the door. When I told her I set up late check out she said she checked the system this morning and didn’t see late check out so I should call the front desk to figure it out. She came off rude in my opinion.

The casino area was clean. Great entertainment options and food variety. My hotel room was not clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the carpet had stains on them, missing lampshade’s, stains on the chase lounge, the floors weren’t mopped in the bathroom, and all the surfaces smudged with fingerprints and other substances. The sheets were the only thing that were clean.

I booked the Coastal Tower, Luxury, 2 Queens, Non-Smoking room, and yet the room I was given was old, sheets not very clean, and room and pillows smelled marijuana, I had to change the room the next day because I couldn't sleep well in that room. Also customer service was not good. Check in staff was limited, it took ages to check it, with large incoming guests...Whenever i called for a room service, I was on hold for over 20 min!

Room was terrible. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed it was just a top sheet to cover the mattress. Room was in terrible old condition with broken vanity and was extremely dusty.
