Room was dirty, bedsheets looked old.Had a king bed frame with a queen mattress. Outside of the toilet was very dusty, shower had a half door and the water would get out to the bathroom floor which is a safety hazard. So many things wrong with my room in the Coastal building definitely not worth $630 for 2 nights

The staff was great but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Rooms were ok but they add charges everywhere! Early check in? Extra $30, late check out? Extra $80. Want to use the pool? Extra $20. “Resort fee” of over $30 covers none of this. Parking is a reasonable $10 however it’s charged to your bill regardless of whether or not you parked there. Over Half of the stores and restaurants were closed and way overpriced as well. $16 for one drink is a little much.

Way too expensive dining options, one person at check in, there was a line of 50 people waiting. No housecleaning. On checking out, we were informed we owed $78, per room, for "fees". Not sure what we got from these "fees", but it sure wasn't $78 worth. We should have been informed of the "fees" upon check in. Very disappointing, overall.

The issue at Harrahs
It was hard to get the bell hop to help me bring my items down to my car that was with the valet. They were short staff which I understand. It wasn’t really their fault. Front desk was not helpful because I had to call several times. They to charged me an extra $20 which I have fighting. I am waiting for the supervisor to call me. For the first visit it was ok. I will try a different casino and hotel next time.
