I don’t appreciate the bathroom not working the whole stay, i called front desk at 9:40pm oct 12th , Ietting them know it was a problem in the bathroom we couldn’t take a shower because it was dirty and the water wasn’t going down the drain, also the toilet wasn’t working, we had to go to my cousin room on another floor just to use the bathroom, i called back again at 11:20pm asking how much longer because i was trying to get ready for my birthday party and still no one never came. As we were about to check out maintenance knocked on the door at 11:59am to fix the problems in the bathroom , i will never stay here again and i would like a refund i shouldn’t be paying $300+ A night to not be able to wash and use the bathroom!!!!!

The food was great! The service was great. Great venue for shows and entertainment.

Harrahs has always been one of my favorite places to stay while in AC. I especially liked staying at the Bayview tower each time because they have a spa sized bathtub that you can soak yourself in so I purposely book rooms only in that tower. I got there Friday and noticed I had brown water in my toilet dispute flushing it several times. Next morning I woke up, there was still brown water in all the faucets. I was too tired to call to move to another room but I eventually did because I felt like I was feeling trapped in my room because I waited several hours or days to let the water run until it got cleared but never did. I had to take short showers only When I did finally place a call Sunday night, they moved me to another room on the 4th floor of the Bayview tower and it seemed even worse than the first room I was in. The moment I got off the elevator I smelled so many different foul odors coming from that floor alone. Then I saw the carpet dirty and appliances on the floor outside of the rooms just blocking the hallways. When I got inside the room, the shower edges were filled with mold and I still had brown water in the faucet. I called them immediately as soon as I got into the room to ask for a better room and floor by Monday morning. They offered me other rooms in other towers but I didn’t want them because I really wanted to soak in the tub. They finally got me into a nice room but it took 3 days for them to fix the water issue. Felt like I wasted my money overall.

Awful customer service, the room was filthy dirty with stains on the beds. Absolutely no WiFi, said they would send a technician to the room and never did. Very disappointed with Harrah’s and will never return.

Many things to do on property but room was dirty, dingy and out dated. Light in bathroom not working and not enough towels given by housekeeping.

everything was good, great location ,easy to find and the staff was very nice and helpful,but the prices for food was way over priced had to go to the boardwalk to eat

Disappointing for families. Two pools, a small one for kids that closes at 6p and a big one that doesn’t allow teens?

I loveeeee the pool and the staff was very helpful.
