I found a used vape cartridge on the floor of my suite (#24071) as soon as I walked in and a stain on the couch. Cleanliness was nonexistent. But the amenities and suite upgrade was still very nice.

We tried checking in at 7 PM our room was not available they finally got us a room at 10:45 but it wasn’t the room that we had paid for the first room they put us in was very dirty sheets were dirty and nasty they still charged us a Resort fee for both nights even though we didn’t get to check into our room till 10:45 PM the first night and there wasn’t anything to use we went to look at the pool we were going to pay to go to the pool but the pool was so filled and the Jacuzzi was so overloaded that we decided not to go

Easy check in process, very clean and aafe environment. Loved the location of my room and Harrahs pool is simply amazing

Reserved as king non smoking at the laguna tower online. Was told at check in one was not available. Was told to wait and was then told that they would find me one at the other tower. Agent went to the back and said good news I have one for you. I asked that the room have a bathtub as was requested and they said sure. In the end I got the lacuna tower I initially booked but the bathroom had no bathtub and there was no remote. Had to call up and did not get one to the room until 3-4 hours later. Just not what I expected. Also requested a card while gambling. Dealer told me to go to two other pits to request one which I did and because of that I did not get any credit for the gambling I did prior to getting the run around

Renovations in need. Only thing renovated in the supposedly renovated room I had was the tv. I paid for resort fees but had to buy own linen and cleaning supplies to feel a bit comfortable

Nothing unique. Check in and out process is horrible. The room we reserved were all taken so we had to get a different room. The room carpet was dirty. The hotel rooms need a complete Renovation. Harrahs can afford to do better. Bad experience for us all around.

I didn’t like the long ones and broken kiosk machines to check-in. I missed an important Zoom meeting due to the confusion. When we finally retrieved one room from the kiosk, it told us to see a service rep. We had to then join the line. Too much confusion!!!

Reserved and paid for a waterfront room in advance, was given a room below the level what I paid for because the waterfront was not available although I paid and reserved in advance. Would of thought we would of been given more than a measly 2 towels from start since the hotel was low on staff, room cleanings were non-existent even after special request. Got locked out of our room one day, thankfully the gentleman at the desk reprogrammed new cards for us. Left a day earlier than what was paid for. Disappointing to say the least.

Room was clean. Check in was absolutely too long though, and booked way ahead

Resort fee did not include the use of the pool or hot tub. Checkin and check out waits were extreme if you did not use the automated checkin/checkout. Half of the automated checkin/checkout kiosks were out of service.

Great room for the price. Lots to do. Pool is amazing!

Horrible lines to check in. Four nights with no housekeeping, disgusting! A very duty deli on the lobby, charging four dollars for a small bottle of water!! Staff basically lied when you asked for anything they would say sure, but nothing ever was delivered! .Being on hold for nearly a half hour anytime you called the front desk. In closing... I wouldn't go back even if they paid me!!
