Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

Too much smoke smell on the non smoking floors. Overall I paid a great price for the room and the two days I was there.

Nothing wrong with Bally’s, especially tower rooms. (Dennis rooms are a step below.) Big place, next to beach, not that much character, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Adjacent to Caesars,so very easy to use their facilities as well. Friendly service at lobby bar.

I paid for a luxury room with ocean view, however, they gave me a standard (small) room with a courtyard view :(

Decent cheap option, good location. Beware the $20 food & drink option excludes tax, tip and alcoholic drinks and several of their restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and all round decent economy no frills option. Room was well located in Dennis wing really near the elevator, though originally hard to find as was labeled as being in the wrong direction.

By far the worse hotel I’ve been to. The room seemed to be clean upon entering but after pulling back the sheets we discovered crumbs and bed bugs. Will never stay here.

Nice hotel but terrible odor of cigarette smoke in non smoking room

Was nice staying at a hotel in the normal part of the country.

I had a wonderful stay at Bally’s hotel. I didn’t expect it to be as nice and clean but it definitely was. The staff were great and very helpful. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything. I’ll definitely be back her very soon.

Stay away from Dennis tower and then you’ll be alright, unless you really don’t care about the outside view... other then that it’s a beautiful hotel!

Overall the experience was good. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was not good for me was the mattress. it was very soft which caused me to wake with a back ache. Although the pillows were comfortable. Some usually hurt my next but these pillows were very comfortable.

Rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Only thing is no one could tell is were late check in was. No signs,.....we wondered around for too long before someone could tell us where to go.

45 min. wait at check in. Room was shabby, keys worked intermittently, bathroom sink overflowed.

The room they offered us was the smallest (i mean it) and poorly designed room I ever saw and definitely wasn't the one we saw the pictures of when we made the reservation from Orbitz. When we asked them to give us a different room they didn't comply right away, and after a hassle they agreed to offer a different room. I don't like complaining that's why I'm not making a big issue out of it, but the staff wasn't kind and helpful at the beginning, when I started getting angry (and was willing to cancel the reservation) then they agreed to offer a different room. Overall, I didn't like those attitudes and most probably I won't stay there again.

This was my second time staying @ this hotel I enjoyed my stay as I did the first! Live concerts, great dining and boardwalk

We paid for king bed with a view but they said they only have 2 double beds that has a view that time, so we took it. Very nice view, right in front of beach bar, johnny rackets and the beautiful beach. They almost charged us 9$ for Internet they said we purchased the faster mbps, but the guest service was the one who helped us connect it. They remove it in the end anyways. Staff is okay, but overall we enjoyed our stay and will surely stay here again.

Ballys was just OK. Nothing special. Maybe I've just seen better. Room was old. They had two double beds. Even motels keep 2 queen beds. I know they had a renovated building but They book by availability. The maid was friendly. We asked her to change the sheets because the baby dirtied them and she was nice about it. I didn't like that you had to pay f$5 each for the pool and 18$/hr if u want to play basketball. I've never heard of having to pay for using the pool at the hotel you're staying at. if you want to go to your car it is an adventure. Also parking is only free the first two exits. Cheapskates.

nice room slots didnt have enough bonuses room service was great

Nice clean hotel, however they keep the poor folks out by charging fees. Twenty seven dollars resort fee, actually parking fee and internet fee. Ten dollars a day , per person to use the pool. I suppose if your a big gambler you can get comped . If you have children they basically say your not welcome here. It is Atlantic City and not Disney land.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was big and comfortable and the best thing was the convenience to walk downstairs to the boardwalk and beach. We considered staying at a different which was not an ocean front. However, I am glad we decided to stay here since we were able to stay on the beach for almost a full day. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Bally's! Our room was clean and modern our view was beautiful. And the food at Bally's restaurants was delicious (Harry's Oyster House, Guy Fierri's Chophouse). We will definitely go back! It was so easy to book through Orbitz.
