The hotel is nice, but overall a bit dated. The checkin took a long time, and required additional work on our side to ensure we received the room that we booked.

We called to make sure they had a pool and that it was available for kids. So we decided to take a one night trip for the kids to run around the pool area while we relax. The lady at the check-in tells us it closes at 6, so we had 2 hrs to enjoy the pool, which was disappointing. By the time we get there, it was adults only from 5-6pm. Plans ruined. The boardwalk was dead, and we couldnt find anything open, so we go back to the room to order room service. The menu looked great, except that room service was also closed for the day! The bathtub was nasty, the floors didn't look vacuumed. They did provide a crib for free, so that was hardly a silver lining. I know Casinos don't make money by pandering to the kids, but at least have amenities that will stay open for kids to be entertained until the evening. Why would you kick out 10 families at 5pm so that a few adults can enjoy the pool for 1 hr? Reality check, most of the folks that stayed were seniors, and they didn't mind having the children an the extra hour.

Hotel looks old, but is in a great location. Staff is not nice, speacially the bellmans.

It was meh. Very outdated Not just hotel Atlantic City is depressing. 90% of the board walk was closed down

Right on the beach great view of the ocean casino was great

Wonderful room! Great bed and pillows. Very clean and big windows.

Nice hotel we had a king ocean view it was perfect and spacious

The room was very spacious and beautiful. The view was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and friendly from check in to the bellman. Security was also polite and friendly. The spa was excellent. Steam room, pool, hot tubs and saunas. The boardwalk is just outside the casino. I will definitely go back again!!

Everything was great except the elevators they were old and the panel was loose and door closed weird made me feel like we could get stuck just needs some updating

Great hotel but late check in time waited 5 hours after check in to get our room ready But friendly staff and right on the boardwalk

Check out needs to be better! Overall great experience.

I've stayed at Ballys AC before, and i cannot remember it being this bad. The room, the hotel amenities, the casino- were all dirty. We have been asking for 2 towels (4ppl traveling) for two days, until we had to steal them from the housekeeping lady's cart. The magnetic cards for the room entrance and other amenities in the hotel (even the elevator) barely worked- we were riding the elevator multiple times to the top and back down, because the cards wouldn't work. Really disappointed and a really bad experience!

I only stay at Bally's when I come to Atlantic City. I just wish the weekend rates weren't so high. But if you ask me if I think this place is great, I'll tell you over and over again...YES, YES, YES!!!

I will never go to ballys again.bbbbbbbbbnnnnnnnnnjj

Not clean, old furniture , parking 10$ , good location

This is a ok hotel. Felt that the room could have been fresher & the room could be updated. Had two outlets that didn't work. There was a kind of a stale smell when we first walked into the room.

it is my first time in AC, i expected more from the hotel, the waitress at the casino disnt show up, the front deak staff was rude

It looks like all the casinos are struggling with low numbers of tourists coming. Hard to keep up the atmosphere when the money isn't there anymore. Still fun, but not as opulent or elegant as I was expecting...

Bally's is at the center of the action in AC, the casino and the bar's are great fun. The pier mall is a one minute walk from the Hotel and the shopping district is less than a five minute walk. The night life is great, from beer pong to riding a bull, there is something for everyone within the Facility.
