i like the suit we stayed in but the frig did't work and no one came to clean the room, i had to call for toilet paper but over all we had a good time there at at ballys

I liked that it was in a convenient location and the staff was helpful. I didn’t like that the rooms/elevator were super tiny and there were some things in the room that were dirty when we got there. It looked really old on the inside, not up to date at all.
I was surprise how this property was not professional in anyway when I checked in first they told me that I never booked a room there 45 minutes later it showed that I had a room there they gave me my room, and when I went upstairs, the room was very very dirty Like someone slept there and they never cleaned up the room. The bed wasn’t done towels was all over went back downstairs. They gave me another room pretty much. It was the same so I am I had a very bad experience.
Room was beautiful, staff was not helpful and did not answer the phone at all. Most of the staff was rude and blunt.
Your staff was rude, slow, didnt treat me like i mattered. Nothing published in hot tub closures, pool was freezing cold, primised 2 calls my "manager" and never received
The rooms were disappointing. There were also cockroaches and the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Beds had no headboard which made the pillows a nightmare to sleep with.
