The room was filthy had spit in the sink tooth paste in the sink.a dirty wash cloth in the bath tub.sticky dirty remote control the rm menu was dirty sticky and had hair stuck on it.a note on the dresser from previous guest saying this rm is f*****g gross.which I don't see how if the room was cleaned how they missed the last guest note that they left.so much more I could say but why even waste my time.

In general it was good. Check in was very slow. Not enough agents and the automated check in kiosk was not working. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the room was very nice. My only issue with the room was the water pressure in the bathroom. It was really too low to even take a shower. I would stay here again though.

Property is old and showing wear. Some hallways have a rough smell. Definitely better options in Atlantic City for similar prices

They do not change the bed sheets! When I arrived there were stains on the sheets. I left the tag on the door for housekeeping to change the sheets/bring new towels etc. when I got back they fixed the bed and the same stained sheets were on the bed!! I also purposely wiped some of my makeup on a face towel and left it on the bathroom floor and when I got back the same towel was folded again and put with the rest of the “clean towels”. Honestly disgusting! Last time I will ever book that hotel! Do not even get me started on the “Wild Wild West” section of the hotel. Very poor when it came to cleanliness where your food is being prepared!! Taco area was so dirty! There was easy access to the Caesars hotel and next time I will be booking there! It was like night & day compared to Bally’s! Very disappointed.

Almost a month in advance, I reserved the room with two Quinn beds in Garden tower. When I got to the hotel, without even letting me know ahead I was given a cheaper room with two full beds. Receptionist made sure to let me know that I was standing in a wrong lane (7 stars vs regular lane) and said to me: “out of courtesy i will take care of your check in here now, but next time you have to stand in a right lane”. However, he didn’t have courtesy to let me know that he was giving me a room with not what I requested. Unbelievable! Out of courtesy?!!! I am a guest and I would understand if they were busy! But there was nobody in any lanes so stood where I was directed by a lobby employee. Out of courtesy I don’t ever want to stay in this hotel again! When I came back to another receptionist, I was told they didn’t have any more rooms with Quinn beds available. What?!!! I paid for my room!!!!! I wonder.... if I didn’t notice that beds were different, would I even be given the refund??? The second receptionist tried to help and gave us a room with better view, still I am not happy with overall experience.

The staff was very nice and efficiency . I pike the way how they took care of us and treated us..

In for a convention with very busy/daily schedule. Had to have maintenance to my room 3 times. Once for bathtub which was fixed. The other two times was for a TV that would turn on at 5am & blast the Bally's/Atlantic city channel but not work at all otherwise. The Dennis Tower at this hotel is SO run down and dingy. Never again!

Room was excellent. Very pleased with every aspect of this hotel.

Great staff, clean room. Was busy but wasn't too loud. Easy checkin/checkout

In general it was good. Check in was very slow. Not enough agents and the automated check in kiosk was not working. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the room was very nice. Property is old and showing wear. Some hallways have a rough smell. Definitely better options in Atlantic City for similar prices
