Our room overlooked the boardwalk & ocean. Very friendly help. Cafe is also on the premises. Very nice pool. Bathtub not easy to get in or out, especially for seniors. Impossible to get a straight answer on price of future rooms.

This was the worst stay that I have ever experienced for my anniversary. It started with the rude security staff (the green eyed corpse humper) and it went downhill from there. My room reeked or urine, and we were in the penthouse suite. I almost thought that someone came in the room while we were gone and urinated on our clothing and on our floors. Horrible experience

This building has gone through several transformations since the mid 90’s. It was first an all suite hotel. Large apartment type with separate bedrooms. It then was split up in to half condos half hotel. The hotel rooms were then chopped in half or possibly thirds. There pretty small now. Now the building is part hotel, part condo and part time share. The rooms are on the small side because they cut them in half, but still have the peek a boo bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The bad.. you will be pestered by xerox papers every where. At check in you get 4 pages of what not to do and expensive charges if you do. Some make sense, others are petty and seem like income enhancement. Then the signs in the room. More threats of “don’t do this, don’t do that” on more xerox paper. It seems unnecessary. Typical Jersey. Overall a good location and good stay. Just know what of the 3 types of room your booking. I.E timeshare, hotel or condo

It was really nice experience I love how clean the room was and how nice the staff members are My husband and I had. A great night.

Everyone was very kind, check in was easy, I can’t wait to return

Atlantic Palace is very nice and family friendly. They had activity for you to do. Free parking in a garage made me feel safe when I had to go to my car at night and to know that my car was safe.

Pleasantly surprised with hotel. Good location but access to it can be difficult with the roads being closed close to it. Front desk was great! Room was dated but neat and clean with a lot of space. View from room was terrific. It is like a 30 foot window to look at the ocean. Bring your own pillow as the ones there were terrible. Very thin with basically nothing in them. Staff very friendly and helpful as this is my first visit to AC in many years.

Our room was beyond what we expected, we will go back

Awesome view and location. Nice and professional staff. Old skweaky bed. Bathtoom needs better cleaning.

Overall two stars. Staff were ok, but they really don’t have much to do, since you are supposed to leave a “clean” room behind, e.g., take out trash, tidy up., etc. Bed - queen size - was very uncomfortable, squeaky, with a vinyl sleeve over the matress. Pillows - mains ones - were also vinyl encased. One of the pillow-cases had old blood dots on it. Other than the beddings and the towels, its bring your own “everything" deal. We have a southward diagonal boardwalk view: honestly, this was the best part of the stay. Parking was free - yes, but there is no elevator! When you come with “your own everything”, remember the seven flights of stairs you might need to take to go up and down to your vehicle. Be prudent, unload in the driveway and dont forget anything in the car.

View from room #'s 6 and 7 on the upper floors was amazing, but the room was a bit worn down in areas. sloppy silicone around the tub. 2 microwaves and a stove but no pots? No filters or pods for coffee maker provided. The room was lacking paper towels in the kitchenette, and the paper products (bath tissue and facial tissues) were cheap and rough. Towels need replacing. Cabinets need replacing. Would be a much nicer stay with some upgrades.

Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. The view was great. It is not a fancy hotel but very comfortable and in a great location.

The room was perfect. Right on the boardwalk, clean enough , enough space. I enjoyed the stay. The service desk rep. could have been more friendly. She almost had an attitude like she didnt want to be there. There was no acknowledgement of "enjoy your stay" or "how was your stay". Other than that the hotel was nice.

It's a time shared hotel. Inside is really outdated. Paid extra for pull out sofa, it didn't have. Can't switch rooms. Can't upgrade. Don't provide roll away bed no extra blankets. One of elevator was out of service. Room has a heat pump with no temperature setting.

The hotel lost my reservation however the staff took care of this with much effort to find it. The parking garage was closed and had to walk in the pouring down rain with all bags. They wrote the wrong room number on my keys slip. Was approached by someone trying to get us to take a tour and when we said we did not have a major credit card we were told "next time you come back you better bring one with you"... be sure we won't be back. The room was out dated and wall were paper thin. Sounded like a huge party was in the room right next to us for several hours. When we contacted the security they didn't do anything about it... What a wasted 30th birthday weekend.... oh and don't forget the herion needles that were laying around the sidewalks next to the hotel...
