We’ve stayed at the Trop multiple times over the years. This was my first time in the West wing. We were on the 48th floor and the wind and stuff banging on the roof was terrible. Request a lower room around 30-35 per the housekeeping staff if you’re choosing West Tower. The North Tower is freshly renovated and my favorite. Gym was closed for maintenance which was annoying. Otherwise I love the Trop. You don’t have to leave for anything. I took an Uber to the outlets and that was seamless. Overall multiple food options, rooms are clean and tons to do.

the mens room off the casio floor was old looking and need a good cleaning and mopping major updating

The Tropicana is always a safe bet in AC. good for the price.

We stayed in the West Tower. The room was pretty nice. Wood floors instead of carpet. Inly issue was with the shower. The pressure was pretty low and it made a weird squeaking sound. Definitely a plumbing issue. Otherwise the room was clean. I may stay in a different tower next time.

The beds were on a flat platform so if you sat too fast or not, the whole mattress would constantly move out of place, which could be quite annoying and also the lightening in the rooms could of be wayyyy better. It was pretty dim lightening and in one of my friends room the light, above where the fridge was, would turn off and on on its own.

It was great. Loved everything about the hotel. Would def stay again. Great location

Me gusto todo muy bonito y hermoso la comida el casino restaurant tienda

Great property, only complaint is no bathtub in the bathroom.

The food and entertainment was great had a blast, will definitely vsit again

Room was clean and quiet. Restaurants and casino were great. Friendly staff.

I loved the room. Loved the view but on final day after a shower found a bedbug on the floor towel. I was horrified. I had to inspect every article of clothing before I had to go in my car. I know things just happen but please be aware.

Great casinos , wil come again have a great day and see you again

We love the Havana tower and how everything is so conveniently located. It was disappointing that you could’nt check in at the Havana tower because the check-in counter was not staffed. Consequently, you had to go to the main hotel to check-in which, while carrying luggage, was not convenient.

I didn't like that the higher priced Havana Tower did not offer robes in the rooms... And they charge a $17.00 "resort fee" which you can have them remove it since there is no gym!
