Lights was very dim in the room and there was no hot water in the room.
Garbage!
The staff at reception was wonderful. It went downhill from there. We stayed in the Chelsea tower. The halls were filthy, only one of the four ice makers in the tower worked, there was “zero” toilet paper in the room and the rooms are dated. Disappointing.
I had paid for a smoking room and the smoke detector went off and we wasn’t able to smoke b/c they gave us a non smoking room
I believe there were bedbugs in my bed because as soon as i laid down, i started itching nonstop. There were red spots on my body as a result of this.
A lot of construction
Short on staff. room was not ready in 9:00 PM when I arrived blamed on very busy weekend. Got a different room without view and no refund.
There are no staff in the lobby for the whole day!!!!! Nobody answers the phone in the front desk for the whole day!!!
Had fun going to casino, food choices for my taste were lacking but I didn’t mind because they had other things to keep you busy
There was a forgotten towel from previous guest in the window. I guess, the cleaning staff didn’t bother to open the curtains and didn’t notice it. But we did and that wasn’t a positive experience.
There are pros and cons to our stay. Pros: the room was clean, the staff very nice and helpful. Cons: our room could have been updated, it needed a new bed and the walls are thin. The people next to us were making so much noise, I couldn’t get to sleep. The beer at the 10 North Bar was $10 a bottle!!! And, you can only be comped if you have a rewards card! I only play a little video poker, so no comped beers for me! You have to pay $30 to valet park during your stay. I get it if you’re NOT checking in, but staying??? The food was pretty good, but very expensive. If you buy a beer in the marketplace, it’s $12 a bottle! The country bar was dead, not a good time as promised. The sports bar was ok, prices for beer decent, you can get a 40 oz. for $7!! They have a jukebox, but so many people using it, forget trying to play a song unless you want to spend 6 credits. Didn’t find any good live music like you have at the Hard Rock. The whole visit was just ok. I wouldn’t recommend it for non-gamblers.
