I requested a non smoking room with 2 beds - upon check in, they said they gave me a room upgrade which would have been great since I'm currently in a wheel chair. I should've questioned it because they did put us in a larger room but it only had one bed and it was a smoking level. The staff was nice enough and I'm usually not picky but I would've really appreciated a room change, and they couldn't accommodate.
