The rules for the pool are unrealistic, I have little kids I was not allowed to have their pool toys in the wool with them , the pool guy kept a bothering me about my child’s chips and soda or was highly frustrating. There was another person with chips out and he never went to them I felt targeted by him and it was a very enjoyable stay. The pool was absolutely freezing I did not enjoy my stay
