Extremely disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience was stressful and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — there was waste left in the toilet and blood stains in the bathroom that I personally had to clean. Housekeeping during the stay was also poor. Multiple amenities in the room did not work, including the Wi-Fi, TV, and blow dryer, despite complaints being made. The pool area was overcrowded and staff made the situation even more frustrating instead of helping guests. My children were very upset during the experience, which made the stay even worse for our family. Communication from staff felt dismissive, and while a small fee adjustment was offered, it did not come close to making up for the condition of the room and the overall experience. We expected a clean, relaxing family stay and unfortunately received the complete opposite. I would not return based on this experience.

It was okay, but I noticed you really have to make sure the room is properly cleaned—I ended up cleaning it myself. The amenities had to be requested, which was very annoying. The WiFi in the room was poor and kept dropping. They took away the free drink when you book with hardrock.. overall okay.. it’s going down hill..

I check in at 920pm and never got a message to inform me of my room number after being told that house keeping is cleaning my room, I went to the three days grace concert to kill time and the entire concert ended and still had no message to inform me that my room was ready and it was 11:10PM!

The casino was really nice. An the rooms were very clean. The only problem is in the morning theres only 2 elevators working so there packed with people. Also at chexk out there is only 1 guy working at desk with alot of people
