By worst the worst hotel I ever stay in… everything is falling apart and when you request for a manger they deny you one.. they never pick up the phones.. everything is broken and it will take them hours to come and fix’s it. Why spend money on the water park and the games for kids if there rooms are so bad..don’t stay at this hotel!! Book somewhere else!!!…i had my whole family here and it was just the worst!! So noisy!!

Love the beach and it was right in the front.

The rooms were nothing like the pictures, my room had a stench and the hotel staff acted as though they couldn't do anything. There were only 2 elevators that were safe out of 6. One elevator would skip floors and 1 elevator would open and mid run while going up and down. There was a stabbing the second day of staying there. I needed to get a new key because my key was disarmed and when I went down to the first floor ad asked the front desk for a new one the hotel staff was very unpleasant with no smile at all and gave me attitude. The pool was nothing you can even swim in because there was no water and it was on the fifth floor and you had to walk around the top and to the side. The best thing they had was there was an arcade and go kart track in the hotel. The signs were misleading about how it was open earlier at 11am but then you ask about going on the track and they said its not open until 3pm. I will never stay in this hotel ever and I will not ever recommend it.

The deadbolt didn’t work and the door stuck when open and shut. Our key card needed reset. They only have 3 elevators that work. The shower gel in our bathroom was open and 1/2 empty.

I didn’t like that the room smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room. Also all the dresser draws fronts were screwed off. The bed was comfortable at least

Terrible service. They don’t tell you where to go just hand over the keys and say next. Old and outdated, needs remodeling.

Renovations needed. Wallpaper hanging from the walls. Hallways smelled like pet urine. Elavators need to be serviced.

Lucky Snake arcade and go kart are nice. Without them, the place wouldn’t be appealing since it is not connected to a casino.

Rooms are deteriorating

I was disappointed with the amenities because there is no Microwave in the room, well the room I booked
