The room had some kind of smoke smell, we called the front desk, she said she will send someone, no one ever came, no one ever asked after..only thing, when we checked out we have to pay some kind of tour fee which never said when checked in.. So neglected, the service really bad who wants to go back..

Check in, it was 2:40 check-in was 3:00 they said if we wanted to check in it was a $15 convenience fee for early check-in. Never have I ever went to a hotel room was available and they tried charging me to check in. Needless to say we waited the 20 minutes and it wasn't about the money at this point it was about the principal

The mini fridge was not cold, we restarted it from the power bar and increased the dial- that helped some. The phone receiver 📞 did not work at all- any calls made only operated through the speaker phone. Front desk rep told us, they're weren't any extra blankets in the building?? That could be provided when we requested one on our second night. Bottled waters in the room are not complimentary -$4 EACH. The on demand movies were $25 each, more than attending a movie in person. TV functioned 50% of the time
