The hotel had fast check in. Customer service was great. Our room was clean when we arrived but no one came in to clean it and give us more towels. We called housekeeping and they quickly brought us more towels. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay again.

Rooms were dated. Even upgraded room we did to lay 125 extra per night had issues such as odor in the second toilet. Place is really meant for older people meant to blow money at casino. Hospitality is out the window. No daily housekeeping for 250 plus should expect it.

Our first room had several bugs alive and dead in the bathroom and the shower did not drain. Changed rooms the next morning. Second room had a clogged toilet when we moved in that had to be repaired. Later that evening, the handle to the shower broke off in our hand and the toilet paper holder was broken. Someone on the no smoking floor was smoking pot that permeated the floor.
