The room had some kind of smoke smell, we called the front desk, she said she will send someone, no one ever came, no one ever asked after..only thing, when we checked out we have to pay some kind of tour fee which never said when checked in.. So neglected, the service really bad who wants to go back..

Check in, it was 2:40 check-in was 3:00 they said if we wanted to check in it was a $15 convenience fee for early check-in. Never have I ever went to a hotel room was available and they tried charging me to check in. Needless to say we waited the 20 minutes and it wasn't about the money at this point it was about the principal

The hotel smells like smoke everywhere. Even in the dining areas, you're eating food with a thick amount of cigar and cigarette smoke. The hotel had no young people aged 30 or 40. The room was OK, but even though the room was non-smoking, the hallways still smelled like smoke. Will not stay here again.

The hotel itself is outdated, the room smelled a bit musty when we checked in. The showerhead was broken and no matter how we adjusted it, it would not adjust to a proper water pressure as it was always stuck between 2 settings. To add to that, if you shut the bathroom sliding door all the way, it gets stuck. My husband had to use his multitool to get the door open after I got stuck in the bathroom. We spoke with the front desk 3 separate times asking to have it fixed as well as requesting housekeeping service the room for trasj removal, fresh towels and coffee bar refills. No one ever came to look at the door or the showerhead, and the towels/coffee were just left in a bag on our door handle. We will not be returning.

I booked Through Expedia with a confirmation and was expecting a King size standard room as was confirmed in my booking. At check-in the young lady informed that the only rooms they had for my reservation was a Smoking Room. However for a $ 30 additional charge I could get a non-smoking room. I questioned this and was told this was the deal. I felt this was a Bait and Switch .... I paid the additional charge as I am allergic ...Poor Hotel Management

I think the bathrooms in the rooms need grab bars. I’m short and the tub was so high it was a hard to get out with nothing to hold on to. No towels in the hot tub area today.

I enjoyed my stay. However, it started to rain and my window was leaking pretty bad. When the weather is rain the roof leaks. I paid for luxury and got somewhat less. Having said that,The hotel looks nice, it is clean, and the staff is great.
