The property was very nice. We loved the location in being on the boardwalk. It was also very nice that smoking was not permitted on the main floor casino. One negative was the restaurant hours, with one being closed our entire stay.

The hotel is nice inside but the rooms are extremely outdated and small. I paid $600 for 1 night for a tiny room with no view of outside. Windows were fogged and small. Shower was old. Everything outdated in room.

We prepaid for our king NON smoking room in the renovated tower, when we got there we were informed they only had a double room in a different tower and SMOKING… The lady checking us in wasn’t very nice at all, I explained that there was no way we were getting downgraded much less put on a smoking room! After she spoke to someone (assuming the manager) we were upgraded to a king non smoking suite which was nice, buy why did we have to ask?!. The room itself didn’t smell like cigarettes… but towels, pillows, linens, everything else did. Every evening our bathroom had a smoke smell to it… assuming it comes from the ventilation. AC is very loud, no room service, only place to get food in the hotel after 10:00pm is a cafe that’s decent, but expected more honestly. All our clothes, even what never left our hotel room stunk like smoke! I understand the common areas are smoking… but stuff that never left our room smelling was a bit much for us. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend if you don’t appreciate smell of cigarettes the whole time.

Room was very clean, my floor was quiet for the most part, had nice dining options. I don't like that for the pool you need a paid reservation, God thing when I stayed it was cool & rainy so I didn't need/ want to use it anyway
