Overpriced for what you get in a room. Light fixtures were dirty and dusty and the bathroom light fixture was rusty. The heater whined every time it ran. The windows were LONG overdue for a cleaning. It was a decent sized room, but it’s very outdated. There were not any chairs to sit on except the one at the desk and these cubes at the end of the beds. Other hotels have a chair at a table or something. Seeing that we had to cut our 2 night stay short due to the weather, we couldn’t get a refund so in total I paid $900 for a 1 night stay at a mediocre hotel room.

A few problems- the view in the Ocean Tower has no view at all and was advertised as having an ocean view. 2 no chair in the room except a desk chair and the room was advertised as having a stand alone chair plus the desk chair. Front desk Staff refused to get us a chair. A lower end staff member confirmed we should have the other chair and took it out of another room and put it in our room.( that person gets 5*s).

This was the best vacation ever.The hotel was very clean. The staff were amazing especially Jose. The food was incredible. We literally ate from every restaurant and everything was top-tier and the elevator was so fast. I never experienced anything like that before the service is truly magical I love Caesar Hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was all worth it.
