Room had to be moved due to blood on sheets should remove sheets house keeping should look at sheets before making up bed no coffee in room no microwave on room if you can have refrigerator in room why not a microwave to warm your food up they charge you 10 dollars for early check in not happy about blood on sheets l made a report on it to there security staff

No pool available, and wasn’t inform in the reservation process, all the bars were closed and only 2 restaurants open. Casino wasn’t the best, doesn’t have poker

Close to everything and very clean. Staff was pleasant very helpful.

Poor housekeeping. I waited too long for clean towels.

The staff catered to our every need and their level of cleaning was excellent in helping to eliminate the spread of the covid 19 virus.

Before booking I made sure the pool was open and of course it was closed . I also made a reservation at Morton’s steakhouse and a staff member told me everything was closed .when I called the next day they said that I had cancelled the reservation . Other than those two bummers , we still made the very best of our trip

We had to down grade because we had a smoking suite. They put us in a room facing the air conditioning units with no view and it was not expensive.

When I book it said two bathroom and it on had one for it to be a suite it was like a regular room with a couch it was average . I wouldn’t book a suite ther again wasted time and money

Staff was very welcoming and helpful . Hallways were very clean. The room was amazing

Had a nice time. Stayed one night. Room was fine and casino was good. Saw that the price had dropped from the time I booked a few days earlier to my drove over to the hotel. I asked front desk if they could help me out with that. Was told I booked through 3rd party ( orbitz) so they couldn’t do anything but the price. I asked for upgrade. Was told no upgrades available. So they gave me free parking which was better than nothing

Ceasar’ hotel in Atlantic City is one of the beautiful hotels to stay. Wherein Almost every year or twice a year I love to bring my family and visitors in there to relax; but this time I had the worse experienced upon check inn ; me and my wife arrived 2 hours early before their check inn time ; the first person in the front desk (sorry I forget to get her name ) facilitate my check inn and said to come back around 4pm because the room is not quite ready yet , so me and my wife waited in one corner near the hotel lobby for 2 hrs ; just standing coz there’s no chair and no waiting area; we are ok on that because we arrived early before their check in time . After 2 hours around 405pm went back to the front desk to see if the room is ready , there’s this one lady (a different lady from the first one - sorry forgot to get her name again); she’s a little bit loud, told me that the room is not ready yet , and asked her how much more time should we wait, she said “ i don’t know , you been upgraded to the suite room “ - and told her , I booked on a suite room , what do you mean upgraded ? - she just said the room is not ready because they were busy from overnight ; How is this connected to my check in time ? ; we end up waiting for another 30minutes for them to give us the room key

I liked everything about it. No complaints whatsoever.
