Extremely clean and safe. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got to the hotel early and would not be back until after midnight, the staff managed to get me a room and let me check in early instead of having me deal with it after a long day out. Really appreciate their thoughtful hospitality!

Nice property but everything is soo expensive. WiFi $10 per day. Valet parking is $50 per day. Spent $96 on breakfast so get ready to spend. Other than that hotel is nice. Pool closes at 12 midnight, many restaurants in the area and hotel is clean.

I like the hotel.

The property is beautiful, well designed and the staff is great. But I was not able to buy a Coke at a Snack Shop, or find a vending machine on the property. That is a negative, although maybe it is not since it appeared to me that the property is still under construction to some extent.

The hotel and the rooms were clean and in a good location. Will stay here again.

This was a great property, much better than I had anticipated. Very clean and quiet inside. The pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus. Dining and drinking options on site and the space is beautiful!

You have to park in a public parking garage that is not that close to the hotel, and there is no lounge for gold and platinum members. However, the hotel was very nice, clean, and had friendly staff. Overall great stay.

The check in was very simple and quick. The room was clean but cold. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. There was a lack of information (I am used to a listing of useful information provided by the other hotels I’ve stayed at), breakfast is not included, wifi is an extra charge and my check out process left a sour note with me. The check out clerk told me I needed to pay a beverage fee as housekeeping said I took a drink (I had my “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door during my 2 day stay so housekeeping did not enter my room at all during my stay. The clerk then said that housekeeping said I took water from the room and I had to restate that Housekeeping did not visit my room. The fee was eventually removed but Housekeeping should make certain that they are listing the correct information. I will not be booking at the Westin again in the future as I’ve been much more satisfied at other hotels.

location was great. paid parking was not expected but close to hotel. No breakfast amenities available.

The property was lovely and nicely located. There was too much dog hair remaining in the room though and I have allergies. Too tired to move so I just dealt with it.

Only one Peloton bike and not functioning well. Location is good Close to NYC yet don’t really have good view

awful - couldn't find a bellhop to help with all our bags...unfriendly staff. 1 tiny shampoo bottle for 2 adults and an infant. no towels. ordered milk for our infant daughter only to be charged $37 for room service. very disappointing for a westin!!

There was some sort of party going on in the room next door to ours. We couldn't sleep all night. Disaster...

Excellent room with an incredible view to NYC. Easy access to restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. It was a great experience to me and my wife.
