I don't think it's right they raised their security deposit to $150 per stay. It was $25 just a couple weeks ago. 3-4 star hotels don't even charge that much. I spent thousands of dollars here this year. You've lost my business
Very nice hotel, clean, beds are super comfortable, many stores near by. Friendly staff
Just the overall experience. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend others to stay here as well.
I liked the fact that they have free breakfast. Nice big rooms, and a smart TV in the room. While booking though there's discrepancy stating that parking is FREE. Parking however is very limited and NOT free. Again parking is NOT free. This hotel is also very close to the holland tunnel so that area can be pretty busy and noisy because cars are coming and going in and out of New York. Otherwise the hotel is pretty good I would reccomend.
The property is very convenient. It is easy to get to the NYC or to surrounding cities. Good view of the NYC skyline. A little noisy at times since, it is located on the eastern exit of the Holland Tunnel
I was a little turned off with the fact that I had to pay $30 to park at the hotel. That should be included in the price. I drove 4 hours to get there, worked at a job site, and then got hit with an unexpected $30 bill for parking in a lot that’s in your building, for the use of your patrons?

Thank you for your excellent score on the review. I would love to apologize to you for the inconvenience you may have encountered pertaining to the parking fee. Upon checking it should have been mentioned as well as when booking your reservation. Just like most other hotels in the area there is a parking fee depending on the location the fee varies. Again I do apologize on our behalf and would hope that you will continue to choose to stay with us when in the Jersey City area.
