No obstante, la señora encargada del servicio del desayuno con muy mal carácter y haciendo todo de mala gana. Adicional, el desayuno es prácticamente el mismo todos los días. Si no vas a pasar muchos días o mucho tiempo en el hotel está ok.
The hotel overall was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was good as well! My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best.
This hotel is super safe, clean and friendly staff. Great hot breaks fast as well. Loved the view.

The first time I was stayed at this hotel and it was excellent 10/10.
I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. No where on the site or in the description was anything mentioned that there was only valet parking and that there was a cost to park. Also, there is a very limited parking so if the garage is full there are no accommodations that the hotel will make for you and there are no public garages near by. The gentleman that was in charge of parking told us there was no parking spaces left in the garage even though we saw plenty of open spaces. Being in the service industry, the person that you first see when you enter a business represents the first impression that an individual has of the company. That first impression was not good. The gentleman was very rude and not helpful when we were speaking with him. Next, the room was uncomfortable. The a/c in the room was not working correctly. We put the temperature down to make the room cooler and the temperature in the room did change. Also, we woke up in the morning with our fridge leaking which caused a puddle in the middle of the room. Called front desk to explain the situation and nothing was done. Stayed in the same warm room again a second night with again the fridge leaking. Working at a hotel, I would expect for the front desk staff to be friendly but I'm not sure what was going on as the conversation and responses from the front desk was very short and they seemed like they did not want to be bothered. I will never recommend someone stay at this hotel. There are better options.

I don't think it's right they raised their security deposit to $150 per stay. It was $25 just a couple weeks ago. 3-4 star hotels don't even charge that much. I spent thousands of dollars here this year. You've lost my business

I liked the fact that they have free breakfast. Nice big rooms, and a smart TV in the room. While booking though there's discrepancy stating that parking is FREE. Parking however is very limited and NOT free. Again parking is NOT free. This hotel is also very close to the holland tunnel so that area can be pretty busy and noisy because cars are coming and going in and out of New York. Otherwise the hotel is pretty good I would reccomend.
