This was a nice property. That said, it was advertised as having a pull out sofa, but the sofa could not pull out because the space wasn't large enough. There was confusion around parking, and I wound up having to park several blocks away in a public lot. There was only one towel upon checking in. I received almost 20 emails from the company in a 24 hour space preparing for and during check in - annoying. Overall, a really nice room, but not worth the headaches.

Only street parking or parking at the double tree hotel. Nice apartment style hotel. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a place like this so at first I was excited that this would be a great place to stay with my 1 year old, however, I was put off by the fact that there was a crib available at an additional cost, $100 extra per night. I had to get a playpen for her to sleep in. Trash receptacle is not located on all floors and I found that quite out of the way.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights and were able to park our car at the facility which really made getting around easy and convenient. Entertaining with the pool and other outdoor activities were enjoyable. Check out time is too early and should be 2 pm instead of 11am.

It's an appartment so not much to say about the staff met them at check in and that was it.. Very comfortable stay and very clean facilities. Parking was very convenient at $25 per day.. Make sure you you have a money order or write a check for the total days of your stay. Grocery store and Mall right next door. Park within walking distance with excellent views of Manhattan skyline. Stayed on 16th floor there's 39 of them had a corner unit towards the back of the hotel and was still able to enjoy the Manhattan skyline really enjoyed my view. I can only imagine what the views would be like if you were fortunate enough to get a unit directly facing Manhattan.

An fantastic property with great furniture. New. Nice floors and tile

So to be clear this was an awesome apt that had a short term lease (ours was for two nights). The front desk concierge don't manage anything with your reservations...that's done through Global. Parking is sketchy as it's right in the building but you need to prepay $20/day in a check or money order. You can park next door at the hotel at $25/day.
