It's the worst experience ever. 1. When I asked the staff to provide an additional duvet to me, she refused. This is the first time that happened to me. 2. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Only cold water downstairs. This is the first time we went to a hotel like this. 3. The hotel is pretty old given it's price. However, the lady cooked and served the breakfast is very nice and warm.

Staff was great. However… location is less than desired (in an industrial area). Room was never cleaned during my stay. I was given the story that my do not disturb sign was up, but I had it on until 9 am during my stay. Bread products at the free breakfast were stale. Looking at other alternatives while I visit my daughter in Hoboken.
