The view was great. Great access to NYC.
For a Hyatt Regency brand, we expected a better experience. The property is really old and needs urgent upgrades (right from lobby furniture to carpets). Also, the rooms furnishings are old with torn carpets. On the plus side, we loved the location and the views from the pier. The breakfast options at their restaurant were also an added plus. Overall, we would rate our hotel experience as average.
Check in was best I’ve had. Great beautiful location
Hotel was in overall good location, but too much going on around it. Construction, dirty streets, etc… We were told overnight parking was $25, at the checkout they told us it’s $50. Had no choice but to pay, where I could have parked across the street for the fraction of the cost.
Everything was perfect
Beautiful location , nice hotel , except bathroom should be remodel little bit
Everything went well
Wonderful location
We loved that it was right off of the Hudson River and the view of NYC. What we didn’t like was there was no clarification of having to park in a parking garage with staff that will yell at you if you’re not wearing a mask. Also was very very disappointed in the fact that there was no where to eat at the hotel! That needs to be clarified as well and you should take down the picture of the dinning area at night, seeings it closes at 2:30! It was raining the night we stayed and did NOT want to have to pay another $25 to leave and come back to the parking garage and all pizza places were either closed by 9 or couldn’t deliver for over 2 hrs! For the price we payed you should definitely have a functioning kitchen at least up until 9pm.
Location: it is close to the Metro Station and a stop away from the World Trade Center Memorial.
Great staff, great view and location
Mann
The location is great but like so many other reviews the property is very outdated. I was grossed out to even sit on the couch in the room. The TV remote was missing and the room faced a the sidewalk so you can hear and people can SEE into your room. The pool smelled like a vat of chlorine whenever I walked to my room because it was in the same hallway. It’s loud and busy if that doesn’t bother anyone.
Hotel was fine but needs revamping. The night we checked in first room didnt have a working television but that was resolved right away. The hot water only lasted about 3 min but the next morning it was good.
Love the location. Friendly staff. Pool is open. Be forewarned the restaurants are closed with the exception of the rooftop one which can be hard to get into.
Love this place and the view!
