Great location and great staff, unfortunately we had plumbing problems with the bathroom. The lobby & restaurant are very nice but the room furniture isn’t up to standard for the price bracket

The check in was horrible! We arrived at 3 pm, a little early (check in time was 4 pm). We were told to wait in the lobby and we will get a text message once the room was ready. The front desk staff was not very courteous, did not smile at all. We waited for 1 hour. At 4 pm, we checked if the room was ready and was told it’ll take another 30 mins. So we decided to take a stroll. We came back after 30 mins since we had not gotten any text message yet. We still did not have a room and was told “We are very busy due to the holidays” (we arrived on July 5). I’m sure they know it was going to be busy. They should’ve assigned more staff to clean the rooms on a busy holiday! The check in time is at 4 pm and guests expect the room to be ready by that time. In the first place, if they know they’re busy and the rooms will not be ready for hours, they should inform guests right when they check in so guests are not wasting their time waiting! We could have done other things while waiting for a couple of hours! Finally gave us a room when I questioned their service! Then that same night, I requested for 3 additional pillows (we were 4 in the room and only had 4 pillows). I called twice that night and again was told “We are busy so please wait a while.” Guess what? Nobody came!!!! We left the hotel room the next day and came back at 3pm. Still no pillows and the room has not been cleaned! Luckily I saw the housekeeping supervisor and complained about the service. VERY DISAPPOINTED GUESTS!!
