I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with my experience. I had been looking forward to dining at the on-site restaurant, yet on two separate occasions I was turned away by the host due to a large conference taking place. While I completely understand the demand that group events place on a property, it would be appreciated if equal consideration were given to regular guests who are not part of a conference. Additionally, I misplaced a very sentimental personal item during my stay. I attempted to contact management for assistance, but I was met with unhelpful customer service from the operator, Alice, and despite leaving a voicemail for the manager, I have not received any follow-up. This has been extremely discouraging, especially given how meaningful the lost item is to me. I’m hopeful that someone from management will reach out to help me locate my item and address these concerns. I have always valued staying at this hotel, and I would appreciate the opportunity to have this experience made right, whether through assistance in retrieving my lost property or consideration for a future stay.

Rooms were clean. Had everything. Staff was wonderful. Negative was no food room service. Menu at restaurant was limited. And food was Uber expensive ?50 dollars for breakfast for one is a bit much when the closest restaurant outside is too far to walk in the cold and rain and at night we felt unsafe. Wish they had coffee all day/night. Staff was friendly and prompt. Recommend check in staff let people know that we needed to use room key for elevator . Loved the propert and staff. Great weekend.
